Toshiba Develops 2.4 Inch Cell Phone LCD Screen

Feed up with the small cell phone LCD screen, Toshiba is now currently developing their own 2.4 inch LCD with VGA resolution (640×480). The density of this new screen will be 2 times of the QVGA LCD that is being used by many cell phones nowadays. Not much information yet, but according to the plan, the big 2.4 inch LCD screen will be ready for shipment in 2006.
