Another one from Sharp at its CEATEC JAPAN 2006’s booth is the WS003SH Mobile PC. Powered by an Xscale 416MHz processor, it is equipped with a 128MB of Flash memory, 64MB of RAM, PHS W-SIM card slot, and 1.33 megapixel camera module. Various connectivity options are included, such as Mini SD card slot, mini USB port, and 802.11b wireless connection. Furthermore, this portable PC features a 3.7-inch VGA touch screen display and Windows CE 5.0 operating system. No words on pricing and availibility for now.
