You can plug it to your PC, laptop, or Mac’s USB port (the burner has USB 2.0 interface) and start recording right away. Other feature is called Quiet Drive Technology, which reduces audio and video playback noise levels.

[CES] LG Super Multi Blue Dual-Format HD Drive

Along with the stand-alone Super Multi Blue player, LG also displayed the PC drive version of dual-format HD player during CES 2007. Comes with the same name, the drive is able to play Blu-Ray and HD-DVD media, as well as record to Blu-Ray disc. Older formats, such as CD and DVD, are also supported, and I believe the drive can also burn data onto those CD and DVD discs.
