[SEK] iLuv Glass Wine and Wing Speaker Dock

What’s the similarities between a glass wine and a wing? Both has a sexy chick in silver bikini next to them! Well, seriously, both are the new speaker dock for iPod from iLuv which currently being displayed at SEK 2007 event. The difference is that the wine glass dock is still in a concept stage, but I’m sure everyone would definitely want it hit the production line as soon as possible. As for the second one, the “Wing”, it is compatible with both Samsung’s Yepp T9 and Apple’s iPod. The nice thing about it is that you can turn the docking part horizontally so you’d be able to view multimedia content in a wide screen. Regarding output, it supports a maximum of 20W output.

LG SV300 a.k.a Wine Cell Phone

Along with the SC330, LG also unveiled SV300 cell phone yesterday. Dubbed as the “Wine Phone”, this clamshell handset sports a digital camera module, a 2.2-inch colors display, and a built-in MP3 player. Aavailable in two flavours (red and black), LG SV300 will start to hit the shelves in May 25 with a price tag of $340 (300,000 KRW). You’ll be able to purchase it either via SK Telecom or LG Telecom at that time.

Greape Gold – Luxurious Wine Scepter

The Greape Gold is the latest creation of WineSceptre, a Korean company. It’s a luxurious wine scepter plated with gold. Priced at 256,000 KRW, the scepter can keep the ideal serving temperature of the wine, thanks to the “wine cooling” technology. To use it, you have to first place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Wine In A Can

The idea is simple – replace the bottle with a can. And that’s what Jens Andersson and Jonas Forsman have designed, the “Wine In A Can”. So instead the usual bottle of wine, we now have can of wine, thus making things much more simple and convenient. You don’t need to prepare additional wineglasses, you don’t have to use the bottle opener, and you don’t have to worry about the fragile bottle either. The can is totally made from aluminion, so you can drink the wine directly from the can like a glass. Furthermore, the aluminion material made it recycleable and eco-friendly too.

The Wine In A Can comes with interesting shape and color. According to the designer, the design is created to associate with wine bottle and create good opportunitues.

The contour line give associations to the wine bottle and create good opportunities. Through a restrained color scheme with matte black as the base color and the color of the wine as accents, a feeling of exclusivity which gives the wine justice, is created.

Now nothing can stop you from drinking your favourite wine.

The Wine Collector 150 uses Bluetooth wireless technology to allow you to scan the retail barcode on the label of your bottles for automatic identification of the name, varietal, winery, country, type, color, region, and more. Along with the device, you’ll also get a software that can automatically calculate optimal maturity periods, print detailed reports, and lets you add your own custom ratings. When you’ve finished the bottle, just scan it again to take it off the list.
