Being a full-time blogger, I can work and update my blogs anytime anywhere. If I get bored working at home, I usually go to cafe with wireless access and work there using my laptop. However, sometimes I got disappointed because after I sit down, ordered the menu, opened my notebook, and turn it on, I found out that their WiFi connection is down. If only I have this “WiFI Detector Watch”, I don’t have to waste my time on a cafe with broken or bad WiFI connectivity. All I have to do is press the button on this wristwatch and it will show the strenght of the available WiFI signal, as a number between 0 (lowest) to 8 (strongest). Of course, apart of that geeky hi-tech functionality, this watch is also a fully-functional common watch, styled with steel case and rubber strap band.

Priced at $29.99, WiFI Detector Watch also features a daily and single alarm, countdown timer, EL backlight, world time zone mode, and calendar.

Thanks to its built-in wireless connectivity, users will be able to directly email their snapped photos to the provided 2GB server space on the web for free. Regarding battery, unfortunately, it only provides juice for up to 130 shots per charge.

If you love black better than silver, you’d better get CoolPix S50 Digital Camera instead. The specs are almost identical, except the lack of WiFI on S50 model.

Well, this probably could be the solution for parents who have children on their household. By letting the kids wear this C.A.T.S.eye Trackable Clothing onto the kids apparel, their location can be easily tracked, thus reducing the risk of being lost or even kidnapped. This smart Trackable Clothing works by sending GPS signal wirelessly through any available WiFI hotspot. Parents can then monitor the position from the internet. Furthermore, the clocthes can also sense movement and non-movement and emit LED light (either flashing or permanent) .

The manufacturer is going to implement this incredible technology onto a safety jackets, wet-weather jackets, satchels, and backpacks. Military uniform and life jackets will have their turn next. The tracking device itself will be waterproof and can stand against repeated washing.

NEC presents its new WiFI Router, the Aterm WR8200N. It supports IEEE802.11n v1.0 protocol with 130Mbps speed rate. Of course, to take advantage of this WiFI Router, your PC or laptop must be equipped with Wireless receiver, such as Aterm WL130NC, also from NEC.
One more pic after the jump.
