Voxtel, a Russia-based manufacturer, unveils W740, its fresh-from-the-oven Pocket PC phone equipped with an impressive 4 megapixel camera module, complete with autofocus and flash light functions. Measures 106 x 55.2 x 15 mm and weighs 120 grams, this slim cell phone runs on Windows Mobile Pocket PC Edition and supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) network. On the outside, you can see the 2.4-inch (240×320) 65K colors TFT LCD, while insde the hood, there’s an OMAP 730 (200MHz) processor, along with a 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, and a Li-Ion battery.

Other features include a TransFlash card slot, Bluetooth connectivity, Java, MMS/SMS, USB, and WAP browsing. No words on pricing and availability of Voxtel W740 Pocket PC Phone at the moment.
