<p>ViewSonic is going to release VX1940w, world&#8217;s first 19-inch widescreen LCD monitor that boasts a super-high resolution of 1680 x 1050, an ultra-fast response time of 2ms (gray-to-gray), and a dynamic contrast ratio of 3000:1; next month. Obviously, this high-perfomance display aimed at gaming and multimedia enthusiasts market, although nobody would stop you from having one on your desk. As long as you can afford to buy it, of course, since I have the feeling that it won&#8217;t come cheap (currently no words on pricing).</p>
<p><span id="more-5289"></span>Other features include a brightness of 300 nits, a viewing angle of 170/160 degree, USB 2.0 ports, both D-Sub and DVI-D connector, and finally, a 3.5mm headphone jack.</p>

<p>ViewSonic has just launched a trio of new LCD monitors &#8212; the 19-inch VX1935wm, 20-inch VX2035wm, and 22-inch VX2235wm. Aimed at gaming and entertainment, these monitors offer a high-resolution display which will enhanced your viewing experience &#8212; 1440 x 900 resolution for the 19-inch model, and 1680 x 1050 resolution for the other two. Contrast ratio is set to 700:1 for the 19 and 22-inch LCDs, while the 20-inch monitor provides a contrast ratio of 800:1. Finally, the biggest from the trio delivers a brightness of 300 nits, and the rest gets a 280cd/m2 brightness level.</p>
<p><span id="more-3598"></span>They are sound impressive, right? Well, surprised, ViewSonic isn&#8217;t too greedy and currently offering these LCD monitors at a very afforadable prices. Respectively, from the smallest to the largest, the price is set to $199, $349, and $399. All of them come with a three-year warranty and a special Express Exchange program which ensures the replacement of any faulty piece with a new one (as long as the warranty period is on) within 48 hours. </p>

<p>ViewSonic unveiled three new handheld PCs for the answer to the increase demand of a rugged mobile computing accross a variety of industries, inclduing retail, public safety, healthcase, and military. The V38r-06, V38r-07 and V38r-07a rugged handheld computers features a 3.5-inch QVGA (240 x 320) colors LCD display, a 520MHz Intel SCale processor, jog dial, SD card slot, and a hot swappable Lithium Ion batteries. They run on Windows Mobile 2003 operating system (yes, the old version) and already meet IP54 design standards for sealing against dust, moisture and extreme environmental conditions.</p>

It complies the Trade Agreement Act (TAA) which supports government sales. Other features include Bluetooth and 802.11b/g WiFI connectivity. The V38r-07 model will be retailed for $1,899, while the sibling, V38r-07a will set you back to $1,999.</p>
<p>The other handheld PC on the series, V38r-06, is packed with 802.11b/g wireless support, Bluetooth, bar code scanner and a secure digital (SD) card slot. The price is $1,599.</p>
