Here’s the notebook version of Lenovo’s Thinkpad X200 tablet PC, the Lenovo Thinkpad X200S laptop. Specs are similar, including a 12.1-inch LED backlit display, pre-installed Windows Vista, up to 128GB SSD, an ultra-wideband functionality. However, this one comes with a 9-cell battery, letting users to use the laptop for up to 13 hours between they need to refill the juice. Weighs 2.4 pounds, X200S also sports an optional Blu-Ray DVD player and support for Thinkpad X200 Ultrabase, allowing an additional hard drive and secondary battery.

Lenovo Thinkpad X200S laptop is retailed for $1,630 (basic configuration).

Weighs at just 3.5 pounds, Lenovo ThinkPad X200 is an Intel Centrino 2-powered tablet PC with 12.1-inch convertible touchscreen display and support for pen input. Available immediately, the notebook offers several new innovations over previous models, including 10% lighter weight, 50% longer battery life (up to 10 hours), a touch sensitivity that recognizes a lighter pen or finger touch, dual swivel screen, web camera and dual-array microphones, and a full size keyboard. Moreover, it runs on Windows Vista operating system and retailed for $1,814 (basic configuration).

Other features include a 128GB SSD, built-in GPS receiver, mobile broadband connectivity, and LED backlit display.

With a starting price of $955, the Thinkpad R61 laptop from Lenovo offers a 14.1-inch widescreen display, up to 4GB of DDR2 main memory, up to 160GB of hard drive, and of course, the next-gen Intel Santa Rosa (a.k.a Centrino Pro) notebook PC platform. This new platform comes with a wide-range of wonderful features, including support for the new series of Merom processors (Intel Core 2 Duo T7100, T7300, T7500, and T700) with 800MHz FSB, support for 802.11n connectivity draft, and an optional 1GB of Intel Turbo Memory for faster boot-up times and applications loading.

Moreover, the Thinkpad R61 laptop incorporates either the new Intel GM956 or PM965 chipsets. The former brings integrated Intel GMA X3100 graphics engine (with 1280×800 resolution) along, while the latter takes advantage of nVidia Quadro NVS-140M graphics engine supporting a resolution of 1440×900.

When it comes to optical devices, customers can choose between a boring DVD/CD-RW combo drive and DVD burner. Blu-Ray DVD burner will be also available, but not until July. Finally, regarding connectivity, apart from the Wireless N draft and standard WiFI, it also sports a Gigabit Ethernet LAN, built-in 56K modem, and optional Bluetooth.

The new notebook PC from Lenovo, ThinkPad T61 model, is going to be launched in May. T61 is the sucessor of the former ThinkPad T60 model and will be based on Intel’s forthcoming Santa Rosa (a.k.a Centrino Pro) platform. Not much detail has been spilled by the company, except that the laptop will have three different versions — two with widescreen display (14-inch and 15-inch) and one with 14-inch standard (4:3 aspect ratio) screen.

Lenovo has just upgraded its popular Thinkpad X60 series notebook PC with the addition of the latest Intel Core 2 Duo (a.k.a Merom) L7400 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. This series consists of general laptop and a convertible one, each based on Intel 945GM Express chipset and features a 12.1-inch widescreen LCD display, up to 4GB of main memory, and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 graphics engine. Wide-range of connectivity options are supported as well, including wireless, bluetooth, LAN, and 56K modem.

You can buy Lenovo’s ThinkPad X60 Tablet PC for $2,412 (with L7400 CPU and other basic configuration). However, if you want the general notebook version, you have to wait for a while until the company announces the price of the product.

Lenovo recently launched ThinkPad Premium Edition laptop in Korea market. However, the specs aren’t quite “premium” though (incase you expect some top-of-the-notch ingredients) as it comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo T7600 processor, a 256MB ATI M66GL graphics engine, a 160GB of 5,400rpm hard drive, and a 14.1-inch LCD display with 1,400×1,050 (SXGA+) resolution. And yes, the notebook is Vista-ready as well.

Lenovo ThinkPad Premium Edition laptop will hit the store in March 1 with a price tag of 3,998,500 (KRW).

Thanks to ColorWare, people who want to buy Lenovo’s Thinkpad T60p laptop now have more choices of colors. To be precise, the company has just presented over 28 different X2 liquid plastic coating color for the notebook. According to ColorWare, the X2 coating is applied to the laptops and other products in a custom atmospheric chamber in its liquid form, and then cured with ultra violet light to achieve scratch resistance and clarity.

The laptop itself, priced at $2,950 (base configuration), boasts a 15.4-inch widescreen display, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 100GB of SATA hard drive, a DVD burner, an ATI Mobility FireGL V5250 graphics engine, and WiFI connectivity.

Lenovo has just announced the convertible version of its popular Thinkpad X60 laptop. The 12-inch X60 tablet PC, priced at $1,799 (base configuration), features a new MultiView indoor/outdoor anti-reflective/anti-glare display screen with 170° viewing angle and new MultiTouch feature that allows users to move the cursor with their pen or finger. It also boasts the company’s patent-pending Active Rotate function which automatically change the orientation of the screen depend on the position of the users, no matter which direction it turns. Sounds impressive.

On the specs-deparment, Thinkpad X60 Tablet PC is equipped with an Intel 945GM chipset, Intel GMA950 graphics engine, and Intel’s Low Voltage Core Duo and Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) Core Solo processor. Various connectivity options are available, including 802.11 WiFI, Ethernet LAN, WWAN, 56K modem, and optional Bluetooth. It also comes with a DVD burner and supports up to 120GB HDD and up to 4GB RAM.

Weighs 3.8lbs, X60 convertible laptop will be preloaded with Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, and already compatible with the next generation Windows Vista. Furthemore, its internal battery can deliver juice for up to 7.5 hours between charges.

Lenovo is planned to start shipping the ThinkPad X60 Tablet PC in the early December.
