There are many ways to learn other languages. Take a course for example, get a dictionary, or buy a pocket e-dictionary. But learning Japanese language would never be the same with this cool “Talking Japanese Watch”. This wristwatch, priced at just $24, will tell you the current time in Japanese, so at least you can learn a bit about it and later, whenever your friend asks you the time, you can tell him in Japanese.

Talking Japanese Watch is created by Marchand de Legumes. It is available in several different bright colors, but unfortunately out of stock. Oh, btw, it’s not water resistant, so once you manage to get one, don’t forget to stay away from water.

Only £6.99 and two AA batteries are required to make your girlfriend both satisfied and laugh. Definitely a wonderful gift for gals.

Incase you wonder, here are four different pre-programmed phrases inside the vibrator:

Sorry, I have to get up early tomorrow

Hell, can’t you get a real man?

The dish will say “Stop eating” when you do that, and if you insist on placing more food, it will say “Where is your willpower?”. Super-duper cool.

It is a tiny-voice-activated badges – developed by BT – that hopefuly could replace the traditional devices – such as pagers, walkie-talkies, and mobile phones – for faster communication system, especially among the hospital staff. Weighs less than 20z (57g), the badge lets the staff to instantly communicate with each other simply by saying a person’s name or department. That means, they also don’t need to memorise the phone numbers or carry a phone book.

The talking badges communication system is already used in US. However, Cornwall Hospital is the first one in UK that takes advantage of this handy mobile communication device. According to Simon Goodwin, director of IT for the Cornwall NHS Community, a reliable and secure hospital communications system was vital.

“This new system is simple to use and will allow us to respond more quickly to our patients’ needs“, he said.
