Diamond, Lamborghini, and now Gold. Yup, here goes another special edition of Nokia’s 8800 Sirocco cell phone, the bold and presigious Nokia 8800 Sirocco Gold. The handset is encased in a luxurious 18-carat gold plating and comes with a coordinating desk stand and color-matching Bluetooth handset. It is currently available in select markets, with a price tag of a nice €1,000 (before taxes or subsidies).

Regarding specs, the Nokia 8800 Sirocco Gold cell phone features a 262K colors display, an integrated hi-res 2 megapixel camera module, an intuitive and ergonomic keyboard, a sliding mechanism, and various messaging functionalities.

FYI, Nokia also has the gold edition of Nokia 8800 cell phone (not Sirocco version) which already released last year.

Just recently after the release of 8800 Sirocco Diamond Eidition, the company already co-op with Lamborghini, the famous Italian dream car manufacturer, and plan to offer the limited Lamborghini edition of Nokia 8800 Sirocco cell phone. The handset will get a few makeover, including the Lamborghini made ball bearings for the sliding mechanism and the laser-etched legendary Lamborghini logo on the front and on the stainless steel casing.

Regarding specs, the Lamborghini Sirocco won’t be much different than the original Sirocco phone version — 62K colors TFT LCD display with scratch-resistant sapphire coated glass, integrated 2.0 megapixel camera module, 120MB of onboard memory, Bluetooth, and EDGE. In addition, customers can expect several exclusive content, such as special Lamborghini ringtones and themes, as well as a video documentary forcing you to rob a bank to get hold of a Murciélago. Only 500 units will be manufactured worldwide.
