Ricoh has just developed the ugraded version of its G500 digital camera. The G600 is a sturdy and compact 10 megapixel digicam, featuring up to ISO3200, a 5x optical zoom lens, a 52MB of internal memory, and VGA video recording @ 30 fps. This camera can still do its job under water (down to 1m depth) and can stand fall from up to 1.5m height. A nice option for professional.

Ricoh unleashed the new Caplio RR770 digital camera, which is the successor of RR370 model. It sports a 7.16 megapixel CCD sensor, a large 3-inch 230K colors LCD display, a 3x optical zoom, and several scene selections. It is also equipped with a 32MB of onboard memory, with SD media card slot for additional storage. No words on pricing and availability at the moment, but it’ll be at the store for around $250.

Measures 58 x 25 x 107mm and weighs 168 grams, the brand new “GR Digital II” is Ricoh’s next generation of GR Digital series compact digital camera. It sports a 10 megapixel CCD sensor, a wide 2.7-inch LCD display, a 54MB of onboard memory with SDHC media card slot for additional storage, and an enhanced image processing system which produces less noise in the photos. It retains the same lens, as found on its predecessor, with a single focus focal length f=5.9mm. If interested, Ricoh GR Digital II camera will soon available in the market for €480.

Ricoh has just upgraded its Caplio SE500 digital camera with support for geo imaging. Means, the camera now can automatically embed GPS coordinates within captured photos and videos, as well as organize seamless transfer of pictures and data to mapping software. Users can also tag their media with some related information, for further usage in any GIS system as an additional attributes. As for the specs, the camera sports an 8 megapixel CCD sensor, Bluetooth, and even WiFI for wireless photo transfer.

Ricoh Caplio 500SE Digital Camera is expected to hit the store for a price between $1,000 and $1,200.

Ricoh resently presented the new member of its Caplio series digital camera, the RR730. This 7.16 megapixel camera boasts a 3x optical zoom lens, a 4x digital zoom, video recording capability, and a crystal-clear 2.5-inch colors TFT LCD display. Also, there are six scene modes to play with, including Auto, Program, Portrait, Landscape, Sports and Night Scene. To store the snapped photos, a 32MB of onboard memory is provided inside this 120g digicam.
