To provide more entertainment to mobile person, Asus has a great product called Express TV Stick Hybrid. This USB device delivers both DVBT (Digital Video Broadcast – Terrestrial) and analog TV channels right to your PC or laptop in a single stick. It also comes with a 4GB of storage, which contains the software and driver you need to install this TV tuner to your computer. You could also take a snap shot or record your favourite TV programme right on the device. Nice peripheral for mobile multimedia entertainment!

FYI, the latest model is Asus Express TV Stick Hybrid US2-400 which provides both TV and FM radio tuner to your Windows-platform computer. Supported Windows version including Windows Vista Home Premium, Vista Home Basic, Vista Ultimate, and XP.

Korea manufacturer SkyDigital recently unveiled SkyTV HD6 USB Mini, an external USB-based HDTV receiver that allows you to watch your favourite TV programme on the go in high-quality picture. Of course, your PC or laptop display must supports HD resolution to take advantage of this tuner. It comes with several external inputs and component input, so you can plug in your PS3 or XBox 360 as well. If intersted, you can purchase it for 69,000 Won (about $65).

Sirius has just officially announced Stiletto 2, the successor of its famous Stiletto Satellite Radio Receiver / Player. Priced at $349, the overall specs of this new version is almost the same, such as WiFI support and direct MP3 playback from SD media card. It also allows up to 100 hours of program recording, which is way longer than the predecessor. If interested, look for it on nearby store this fall.

Tekom offers GX652, a common 6 megapixel digital camera. Smartly, to make it stand from the crowd, the company accompanies the cam with GX1, an external GPS receiver. By simply connecting the receiver to the camera through its standard 3.5mm jack, snapped photos will automatically have geo location tag / metadata added. Users can later view the result by uploading the photos to Google Eart software on their PC. Not much detail about the digicam, as for the receiver, it comes with 12-channels and powered by a 720mAh Lithium-Ion battery that provides the juice for up to 10 hours.

The “IR Simple” from Sharp is a 7MP digital camera with built-in IrSS receiver. Displayed during CES 2007, the camera has the ability to directly transfer HD data to photo printer in less than a minute or send image to (HD-ready) TV or PC in a second. It obviously uses infrared port, so no cable required. According to the company, the digicam would be very easy to operate, just like a remote control.

You can start looking for the iR Simple Digital Camera in Japan market next February. If you live in U.S, you have to wait until the second quarter of this year though. As for the price, it’ll be set around $399.

TranSystem has a cool device for this holiday season, the solar-powered Bluetooth GPS receiver called i-Blue 757. Powered by a 16-channel Nemerix chipset, it boasts a unique clamshell design with the built-in GPS antenna on the upper side, and a solar cell, battery, and circuit on the lower section. There’s also an integrated rechargable 1000mAh Li-Ion battery which provides up to 30 hours of juice, plus an additional 100 hours of usage time upon solar charging. To reduce the power usage, a permanent standby feature is included as well.

A Bluetooth GPS receiver is not something impressive anymore. There are already a lot of them on the market. It’s time to move on to the next technology. So, what about a SD GPS Receiver?

Yes, that’s correct. Spectec has just presented a one-of-its-kind device, a SD card with built-in GPS functionalities, along with external storage functions through a microSD card slot (up to 2GB supported). It is called SDG-810.

To use it, simply load all the maps onto the microSD card, plug it onto the SDG-810 SD card, and finally, place it on your laptop or computer’s SD card slot. The satellite navigation itself is provided by the integrated SiRF Star III GPS chipset.

Samsung Electronics recently presented LMD-10A51W, a not-so-portable T-DMB player. Aimed at women, especially high-class house wives, this 10-inch satellite TV receiver comes in a handbag-shaped hood, complete with the hand holder. And apart from digital media broadcast, users can also enjoy their own music and picture collections, as well as downloaded multimedia content from the web. No onboard storage seems to be included though, and you have to connect the device to external hard drive if you want to play media content.

Samsung is going to retail the LMD-10A51W T-DMB TV for 399,000 (KRW), in Korea of course.

Check out the cool Bluetooth GPS receiver (GP-10001) from Gold Kiwi Enterprise. Presented during Taitronics Autumn 2006, this handy little navigation device comes in a form of cute toy car with various color options. Not much information about this though, except that it is powered by the most popular GPS chipset on the market, SiRF Star III.
