<p>Dell updated its product portfolio with its first 14-inch widescreen mobile workstation named &#8220;Precision M2300&#8243;. This Santa Rosa-based laptop is powered by an Intel PM965 chipset, an Intel Core 2 Duo procesor (up to 2.6GHz supported), up to 4GB of main memory with an additional 80GB HDD, an optional 32BG SSD, a 128MB nVidia Quadro FX 360M graphics engine, and up to 160GB of 7,200rpm hard drive. It is also equipped with a modular bay, a secondary 6-cell battery, 4 x USB ports, Firewire port, Serial port, and VGA output. Regarding its display, it supports up to 1440&#215;900 resolution.</p>
<p><span id="more-5381"></span>As for connectivity, this Precision M2300 mobile workstation provides 802.11n draft standard, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, integrated 56K modem, and an optional mobile broadband EVDO Rev. A module for the Verizon’s network. Moreover, weighs 5 pounds, the laptop also boasts an integrated SmartCard reader, along with Trusted Platform Module 1.2 and optional biometric fingerprint reader for enhanced security.</p>
<p>Dell Precision M2300 laptop is retailed for $1,439 (base configuration) after instant savings. It is available through Dell&#8217;s Small &#038; Medium Business online store.</p>

According to the press release, Quadro FX 3500M features a 512MB of DDR2 memory, a 256-bit memory interface, up to 38.4GB/s memory bandwidth, up to 2GB/s pixel read back, and support for both OpenGL and DirectX. Furthermore, nVidia also claimed that Quadro FX mobile solutions features will be the same as nVidia workstation solutions for desktops, including 12-bit sub-pixel precision and full 32-bit floating point precision.</p>
<p><span id="more-3682"></span>Dell Precision M90 laptop itself comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM, a 120GB of SATA hard drive, and a 17-inch widescreen display. It is preloaded with Microsoft Windows XP Profession operating system with the option to later upgrade to Windows Vista Business for just $10. The lowest configuration on the series is retailed for $3,053.</p>

<p>Dell Precision M90 laptop is powered by Intel Core Duo processor, 512MB of RAM (up to 4GB supported), nVidia Quadro FX 2500M graphics card with a whopping 512MB of VRAM (or pick up the opt-in Quadro FX 1500M with 256MB of VRAM if the 2500M is too much for you), Intel 945PM Express chipset, up to 17-inch WUXGA (1920&#215;1200-pixel) display, and up to 100GB of 7200rpm SATA HDD. From the specs, I&#8217;m sure you can already guess that this laptop is aimed at gamers and 3D designers, and yep, that&#8217;s right.</p>
<p><span id="more-2714"></span>Starting with £1487 for the very basic configuration, Dell Precision M90 laptop also features six USB 2.0 ports, 4-pin FireWire port, 3-button touchpad, DVI, S-Video, Express Card slot, 5-in-1 memory card reader, WiFI and Bluetooth connectivity, Gigabit Ethernet, and integrated 56K modem. There are dedicated media control buttons on the front of the chassis to make it easy for you to navigate and control the media player software.</p>
<p>Measures 394 x 42  x 288 mm and weighs 3.9kg, Dell doesn&#8217;t forget to secure this laptop. There&#8217;s a built-in Smart Card reader requires both a card and a password for the operating system to boot up. Additionally, users will get an added security of a standard slot for locks, support for TPM 1.2, compatibility with leading security software and optional laptop tracking software. All of them will not just protect the laptop from the thieves, but also from hackers and malicious viruses and worms that can dangered the notebook.</p>
