Both are podSites which contain a list of drink recipes for your night. The different, iPod bartender contains all the drink recipes availabl, while iPod bartender shuffle lets you have a little fun, and specify a random BoozeMixâ„¢ to fit your night, and friends.

podSite is a collection of text files, with links to other text files, and possibly sound files and image files stored, and accessible on an iPod. It takes advantage of Apple’s iPod feature call Notes. iPod’s Notes lets you read text files on your iPod. Notes can also link to other Notes, as well as songs and images on your iPod. [ source ]
