Along with Navigon 1200 and 1210, Navigon also unveils the new Navigon 2200 and 2210 GPS Navigations during IFA 2008 in Germany. Both powered by a 375Mhz processor, a 512MB ROM, and a 64MB RAM. They come with support for NAVIGON Fresh online service, which allows users to upgrade their device with additional features and latest maps data updates. Users can also subscribe to NAVIGON FreshMaps for €99 (2 year), thus letting them to receive the recent Navteq maps every three months.

Navigon 2200, with Germany, Austria, and Switzerland maps, is retailed for €149 ($213), whilethe Navigon 2210 can be purchased for €179 ($257).

Navigon presents two new GPS navigation systems, the Navigon 1200 and Navigon 1210. This entry level satnav devices are powered by a 375Mhz processor and a 64MB RAM, with a 3.5-inch screen for displaying the maps. Both capable of handling all the basic navigation functionalities, with the additional advanced features, such as Lane Assistant Pro and Speed Assistant and Radar Info. Other features include a microSD media card slot and text-to-speech function.

Navigon 1200 will be retailed for €129 (about $184), while the Navigon 1210 comes with a price tag of €149 (about $213). The former is preloaded with a maps of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while the latter comes with 40 European countries maps.

This is another cool GPS device from Navigon. Navigon N100 LOOX Portable GPS Navigator is the first navigation system to feature the MobileNavigator 6 software. The smallest pocket navigator on the market will fit easily into your pocket. Beside its navigation features, the LOOX N100 also offers interesting additional features such as an integrated MP3 player, various games or a pocket calculator. Want more? Navigon adds up another GPS navigation product to Canada market, the brand new “Navigon 2120″ from thecompany’s 2100 series PND (Portable Navigation Device). For $300 (CAD), you’d a get a deivce with 3.5-inch touchscreen display, a text-to-speech functionalitiy, street-level voice guidance, multi-language (English and French) support, and a cool reality view mode which delivers 3D photo-realistic views of complex interchanges, complete with road geometry and actual road signs. As for the maps, it’ll be pre-loaded with maps of Canada, and probably U.S maps as well.

Additional featues are real-time traffic information receiver and Zagat Survey Ratings. However, both are available as additional features, so you have to pay $140 (CAD) for them.

Navigon recently presented “NAVIGON 2100″ satellite navigation during IFA 2007 event in Berlin. This 3.5-inch portable navigation device (PND) sports an onboard TMC service which provides real-time traffic information. The TMC antenna itself is integrated with the satnav charging cables, avoiding the hassle for extra cables. There’s also a handy warning function, along with lane and speed assistant. No words on pricing though.

Navigon, together with Porsche, is going to release P9611 GPS Navigation System. Powered by a 520MHz Intel processor, a 64MB RAM and a 64MB ROM, the device will be pre-loaded with Navigon’s MobileNavigator Premium software along with Zagat’s POIs data. Features include a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, an Antaris SuperSense GPS receiver, Bluetooth hands-free phone calls support, a 1400mAH Li-Ion batterty, and built-in MP3 player. It will be retailed in Summer for $899.

Navigon has just presented its new navigation system under the TranSonic (TS) line-up, the TS 7000T Europe. MobileNavigator 6 navigation software is pre-installed, while maps of over 37 European countries are preloaded on its 2GB memory card. The maps and the route will be displayed on the ultra bright 4.3-inch widescreen display with 16/9 format support. Upon entering a new country, you’ll be also notified with the traffic rules of the country, including the maximum speed and the max blood alcohol rate. Furthermore, the GPS device allows route search by POIs as well.

Navigon TS 7000T Europe Navigation System is available immediately with a price tag of 449 EUR.

Navigon has released its new portable navigation device under the Transonic range, the PNA-6000 and 6000T models. Both GPS uses Navigon’s proprietary navigation software, the MobileNavigator 5, and run under Windows CE .Net operating system. Specs aren’t much differ either. Let’s see. both PNA-6000 and PNA-6000T GPS device features a SiRF III chipset, Samsung 240 (300MHz) processor, 3.5-inch (240×32) 65K colors TFT touchscreen, SD/MMC card slot (up to 1GB supported), and 5 hours of usage with Lithium-ion battery.

Measures 10.8 x 7 x 2 cm and weighs 200 grams, both GPS devices also come with a MP3 player, but sadly, no multitasking capability, so you can’t listen to the music while checking the road. And now, the difference between PNA-6000 and 6000T is that the earlier model has a cartography of France on chart SD, while the 6000T integrates RDS/TMC receiver – for more detail traffic information – and comes with a map data of entire Europe countries in CD. However, another sad news for you, the RDS/TMC receiver only covers the paying motorways and is not of Premium type to propose information traffic in the large cities like Paris Intra muros and its peripheral in particular.

The Navigon Transonic PNA-6000 GPS is retailed for 299 EUR, while the 6000T sells at 349 EUR. Both will be available in the middle of June.
