Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (either P8600 or T9550), the notebook boasts an nVidia GeForce 9100M / 9600M GS Hybrid SLI with 512MB of video memory. Sounds like a powerful multimedia powerhouse, huh? Moreover, it is also equipped with a 18.4-inch Full HD LCD screen, a 4GB of main memory, up to 500GB of hard drive, and either a DVD SuperMulti or a Blu-Ray burner. Price is set between 119,700 Yen (€90, $1,236 USD) up to 149,000 Yen (€1,130, $1,539 USD).

Mouse Computer updated their m-Book laptop’s portfolio with the brand new m-Book D900 notebook featuring nVidia’s Hybrid SLI technology. If you’re looking for a real multimedia machine, you should check out this 18.4-inch full HD laptop that boasts an Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 processor (Core 2 Duo T9550 also available), up to 500GB of hard drive, a Blu-Ray burner, a 4GB of main memory, built-in WiFI connectivity, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a powerful combination from nVidia MCP79MH chipset and GeForce 9600M GS graphics engine. The most powerful one, Masterpiece V1200X1 model, boasts an Intel Core i7 965 processor, a 3GB of DDR3 main memory, a 1.08TB of hard drive (80GB + 1TB), Blu-Ray burner, a 1GB SLI nVIdia GeForce GTS285 graphics engine, and a pre-installed Windows XP Pro SP3 operating system. Powered by either Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system, this notebook boasts a wide 17-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display, a Blu-Ray drive, a 1GB nVidia GeForce 9800M GTX graphics engine, and a 2GB of Turbo Memory (Vista edition only). You can choose between two sets of configuration. The cheapest one, retailed for 330,000 Yen (around US $3600), comes with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 processor, a 4GB of DDR3 PC3-8500 main memory, and a 120GB of OCZ Apex Series SSD; while the higher model sports an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 CPU, a 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 250GB of OCZ Apex Series SSD. The latter costs you 420,000 Yen or around $4,600.

Wow! That’s all I can say about the new high-end desktop PC from Mouse Computer Japan (MCJ). Powered by either Athlon X2 5200, Intel Core 2 Duo E7400, Core 2 Quad 9550, or Core i7 920 processors, the Iiyama Desktop PC boasts a full HD 23.6-inch LCD monitor, up to 1TB of hard drive, and an nVidia GeForce 9800GT graphics engine with 512MB of video memory. Four different specs are currently available, with price ranged from 70,00 Yen (€580) up to 129,800 Yen (€1,080).

By looking at the spec sheets, the most expensive one seems to be every serious gamer dream machine. At least I know I would want one…

If you think that netbook is a “small and cheap” version of laptop then you’re wrong. The new LuvBook U100 mini notebook from Mouse Computer Japan, based on MSI Wind laptop, is retailed for €630 (around $802) which is about the same price of a notebook. Regarding the specs, it comes with an Intel Atom N270 processor, a 2GB of main memory, and a 160GB of hard drive. Ouch!

If I have to spend that much money for a notebook, I definitely buy the “real one”, not a netbook…

Mouse Computer of Japan is going to release their new 15.4-inch m-Book TW800 laptop. It’ll be available in several different specs, ranged from €655 (about $918) to €865 (about $1,212). Generally, the notebook features either an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 or T9400 processor, an up to 4GB of main memory, 80GB/160GB/250GB of SATA hard drive, a DVD SuperMulti burner, a 512MB nVidia GeForce 9600M GS graphics engine, a WXGA display, and either Windows XP Home or Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 operating system.

I really need to get a new laptop. My old Acer’s TravelMate 3274WXMi has started to act strange lately. Three weeks ago, its Vista won’t even load (it said that the boot system was missing) and I had to spend hours to manually fix it. So yes, I really need to get a new laptop.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get this one from Mouse Computer, the m-Book P650. Not because it’s expensive (the price is quite fair actually, ranged from €860 to €1,165 or between $1,263 and $1,711), but because the lappy isn’t available in my country. It’s one of those “only in Japan” stuff that would make you drool.
