The good thing about having a premium Rapidshare account is that you can download those shared files using download manager. I usually use Free Download Manager to handle the download, but couple days ago, I found a wonderful app called CryptLoad. CryptLoad is a free download manager for file sharing services. At the moment, it supports Rapidshare.com, Rapidshare.de, Megaupload.com, Uploaded.to, Netload.in, and Filer.net. Since I also own premium account for Megaupload, I can now ditch Megaupload’s MegaManager software and use Cryptload for handling download progress from Megaupload. Very nice.

CryptLoad currently available for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux. You can download the Windows version here.

Great news! You can now download files from famous file sharing services, such as Rapidshare, Mediafire, 4Shared, and Symbianize; directly to your mobile device, thanks to a small Jave J2ME app called aED-DLoader. This midlet even supports download resume, just incase you run out of battery while downloading big files. Surely a must-installed program for any mobile users. If interested, you can download the app from here.

Key features of aED-Dloader for Java J2ME

Download Files from Rapidshare, 4Shared and Mediafire directly from your mobile phone

Download attachments from Symbianize

Auto Resume: If a download is interrupted the transfer is automatically resumed when the connection is restored. (only id server supports download resume)

Resume anytime: With this feature, you can start downloading a file, stop it, turn off your phone, reboot it and then resume from where you left off.

Less memory consumption: uses about 4 to 5 RAM while downloading

The last dowload link is saved for future reference so that you can re-download a file without having to re-type the same URL again

Trick Mode : if you want to download using the @ trick and not worrying about editing your URLs it will be automatically edited
