Xenics Korea presents a damn-interesting input device — Gemini P29. From far, it looks like an ordinary wireless keyboard, but a closer look will reveal an extra mouse on the top right side and a remote control which can be used for either a mouse or laser pointer. Users can switch between right and left click mouse mode easily by clicking on the button on the top left side of the keyboard. Moreover, being a wireless device, once you connect Gemini P29 to your PC or laptop via USB, you can take control of your machine from up to 10 metres away.

I4U recently posted a review about Logitech’s G9 mouse. Here’s the excerpt:

The scroll wheel is changeable at the click of a button on the bottom of the mouse and moves from standard click mode to free-wheel mode for fast scrolling of long documents and web pages. When in click mode or free-wheel mode you can still map commands to the scroll wheel click. Logitech also equipped the G9 with interchangeable grips that change the feel of the mouse.

Claimed as the first Opto Mouse in the world, it boasts a resolution of 1600 dpi and a unique touch sensor which replaces the scroll wheel. Sounds really cool, isn’t it? No words on pricing at the moment though.

It features both a wireless trackball mouse that takes advantage of the radio frequency technology, as well as laser pointing function. You can freely use it while moving around within 20m radius. To avoid the signal being jammed, 5 different frequencies are provided. One of the most unique feature is the receiver itself. Check out the picture below and you’d see that the receiver device is a wired 5-button optical mouse. So, instead of one, you’d get two functional mice in a bundle.
