Samsugn Electronics launched CLX-3175K Multi-Function Laser Printer in Korea market last week. This ultra-compact MFP can either print, scan, and copy your document. It comes with USB Direct function — which allows you to plug your USB Flash Disk directly onto the printer and print the document stored inside — and intuitive menu buttons. If interested, the price is 300,000 Won or about US$258.

Xenics Korea presents a damn-interesting input device — Gemini P29. From far, it looks like an ordinary wireless keyboard, but a closer look will reveal an extra mouse on the top right side and a remote control which can be used for either a mouse or laser pointer. Users can switch between right and left click mouse mode easily by clicking on the button on the top left side of the keyboard. Moreover, being a wireless device, once you connect Gemini P29 to your PC or laptop via USB, you can take control of your machine from up to 10 metres away.

Logitech G9 Laser Mouse is a high-sensitive USB-based input device featuring no-software interpolation, up to 1000 times per second reporting, and adjustable sensitiveness. With up to 3200 DPI sesor, this mouse is perfect for gaming purpose. It comes with an onboard memory, capable of storing game profiles, including LED colors, macros, and dpi settings. This way, you don’t have to re-setting the mouse if you play on different computer. Other features include a MicroGear scroll wheel, up to 6.4 megapixel per second of image processing capability, a maximum acceleartion of 20G, and a maximum speed of 45 to 65 inches per second.

I once bough a so-called laser mouse and unfortunately, it’s just a fake one. Yeah, it’s a usual optical mouse, labeled as laser. I feel silly, thus decided not to buy a laser mouse anymore. But I guess this “Genius Traveler 355″ from Genius is an exception. Claimed as the first Opto Mouse in the world, it boasts a resolution of 1600 dpi and a unique touch sensor which replaces the scroll wheel. Sounds really cool, isn’t it? No words on pricing at the moment though.

Samsung Electronics recently launched ML-4050N Laser Printer in Korea market. This high-speed black/white printer can print 38 pages per minute (ppm) with only 9 seconds of start up time. Over 20,000 pages can be printed before you have to replace or refill the toner, thanks to its high-capacity tank. Other features include three optional paper trays, 1200dpi high resolution, two-line LCD panels that displays useful information, and SyncThruTM, Samsung’s network app that help users optimizes network environment.

Women now can have their own sexy and fashionable mouse for laptop, the Si750m LE from Kensington. This wireless notebook laser mouse, displayed at the company’s booth during CES 2007, has been designed to comfortly fit in a woman’s hand. It comes in a titanium silver and pink color combination, which the chick prefer. As for the perfomance, according to the press release, the device is equipped with a high-resolution laser sensor that delivers superior precision on almost any surface. And thanks to the interference-resistant 2.4GHz wireless technology, it can have a high-speed perfomance in a range of up to 30 feet. The receiver itself is tucked inside the mouse and automatically turns off when not in use to save battery life.

Kensington Si750m Limited Edition Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse will start shipping in February with a price tag of $60.

HP Korea launched a bunch of new color printers, including Color LaserJet 2700 series, Color LaserJet CM1015 and CM1017 all-in-ones series, LaserJet 3050z and LaserJet 1005 all-in-ones printer. The LaserJet CM1015 and CM1017, claimed as the world’s smallest color laser printers, features a vertical in-line printing technology and up to 8 ppm (pages per minute) printing speed. As for Color LaserJet 2700 series printer, it comes with a color access control function that lets users to customized printing color directly from the printer itself. Regarding the LaserJet 3050z all-in-one printer, it is equipped with an integrated phone line terminal for sending fax from the machine without the need of a PC.

Along with the release of those six new color laser printers, HP Korea also celebrated the accomplishment of monumental one hundred million sales record.

Microsoft has recently announced the Wireless Laser Desktop for Mac that sports a stylish Comfort Curve keyboard and High-Definition laser mouse. All wireless of course. The keyboard, that is compatible with PC too, doesn’t include a Windows key, instead, it comes with several hot keys for Mac-specific applications, such as iTunes and iPhone. As for the sleek silver optical mouse, it uses Intelligent Tracking system and provides a Tilt wheel for navigating or scrolling document easily.

Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop for Mac is planned to release on this Summer. The estimated price is around $99.95. My question is, can I use it with my iBook?
