Kenwood introduced their new digital audio players in Japan, MG-E Media-Keg Series. Available in two capacity variants (2GB and 4GB), the device offers support for MP3, WMA, and AAC audio formats, a 1.5-inch OLED display, and a microSD media card slot. You can assure that the DAP provides excellent audio quality, thanks to the improved DAC. Measures 92.5 x 41 x 11.8mm and weighs 43 grams, its battery lasts for up to 54 hours.

Kenwood K1000 CD Player and Pre-Amplifier Now On Sale

Kenwood has started offering its K1000 CD Player and Pre-Amplifier) to the market. The compact CD Player (model number: DP-K1000-N), parts of Kenwood’s SUpreme EX range, comes with DPAC (Digital Pulse Axis Control) for excellent sound quality, along with supports for MP3, WMA, and AAC audio formats. The Pre-Amplifier (model number: R-K1000-N) has a build-in AM/FM radio tuner, Auto ROOM EQ, and dual speakers (2×50W @ 6Ω). DPAC is included as well. The price is set at 40,950 Yen for the player and 55,650 Yen for the pre-amp.

Kenwood DPX-U77 Supreme Car Entertainment System

“DPX-U77 Supreme” is the latest creation from Kenwood. This car entertainment system provides a complete multimedia experience for you on the road. From digital audio playback (MP3, WMA, AAC, and WMV DRM), AM/FM radio, AudioCD player, to iPod (there’s a built-in iPod dock), it has them all. Furthermore, DPX-U77 also sports a USB port for more external storage connectivity.

Kenwood DPX-U77 Supreme car entertainment system is currently available in Japan with a price tag of 39,000 Yen or about 3€30.

Kenwood MNA-350 In-Dash Navigation And Entertainment System

Kenwood offers MNA-350, an in-dash entertainment device with built-in satellite navigation capabilities. Thin 2-din car radio comes with a CD player, a 3.5-inches color LCD display, iPod dock to playback your audio collection inside the iPod, and a SD card slot for storing the GPS maps data. Moreover, its audio player supports popular audio formats, including MP3, AAC, and WMA.

Latest MP3 Player from Kenwood – M1GB5 and M512B5

Yesterday Kenwood released two new MP3 player, the M1GB5 and M512B5. As you might have guessed, the M1GB5 comes with 1GB storage capacity, while the M512B5 has 512MB capacity. The other different is, the larger player is available in 4 different colors, while the smaller one has 3 more colors. All of those colors look interesting though. Both models support MP3 and WMA format and equipped with FM radio tuner. Measures 34.5 x 67 x 15.3 and weighs 39g, they will (probably) be available on the 3rd week of November (the translation said “The November last third“).

Kenwood AX-D7 Mini HiFi Set

Kenwood has just launched their latest small HiFi set yesterday, the AX-D7 series. Available in two color: Gold and Silver, this CD/MD/DVD Video set can play both MP3 and WMA files, as well as display JPEG image files. It puts out 2×50W or by using a the SoundBridge and connecting 2 additional speakers it delivers 4×25W. This set also has the Auto Room EQ to render the best sound possible without having to fiddle with all the settings.
