I’m currently looking for a compact, yet cheap audio system for my office so that my staff won’t get bored during office hours. This one from Victor-JVC, UX-Z2 Mini Audio System, might not be on my consideration list since it’s expensive (€300, $404), but it looks really cool and has quite a great features, so I probably get one if I ever need a new audio system for my own. Features include an output power of 20W x 2, support for MP3/WAV/WMA/AAC audio files, USB port, CD/MD reproduction, and the ability to record audio tracks directly from CD to your USB flash disk.

JVC updates its car navigation device portfolio and introduces the new double-din KW-NX7000 InDash Navigation/CD/DVD Receiver. Comes with a detachable faceplate, the unit boasts a 7-inch low-reflection touch screen display, onboard storage to keep your multimedia files and maps data, movie player, and a promixity sensor which illuminates the relevant keys when being approached by your finger during navigation and DVD/CD playback.

Other features include NAVTEQ maps data with over 12M POI (Points of Interest), built-in RDS receiver for real-time traffic information, text-to-speech, multilanguage voice guidance, and a headphone surround sound for Dolby Digital 5.1 content. If interested, you can buy JVC’s KW-NX7000 Car Navigation for $1300. Later after it is shipped of course.

Priced at 1250 EUR (around $1,857), JVC’s 32-inch LT-32LC305 LCD TV features a resolution of 1366×768 (WXGA), a brightness of 300cd/m2, 3 x HDMI inputs, MaxxAudio sound engine, and a 120Hz “Twice Velocity Genessa” panel. It comes with SD / SDHC media card slot as well, allowing you to plug the card and directly view the media inside. Hmmm, I’m currently looking for a 32-inch LCD TV to replace my 26-inch one, but I don’t think I’d take this LT-32LC305…

JVC unveils three new HDTVs (32, 42, and 47-inch) under its LH805 series. All of those TVs support Full HD resolution along with IPS 10-bits technology that provides 120 fps and two HDMI (1.3) outputs. Nice! The price is ranged between €2,140 ($2,800) to €2,840 (3,800).

JVC recently announced three new “High Speed 2″ 1080p LCD TVs featuring a brand new display engine called “Clear Motion Drive II”. This technology offers a better fast movement hander and an improvement on the refresh rate processing by interpolating on-screen movement in any direction using 8,000 surrounding pixels and adapting the technology to a full HD, 1080p panel.

The three new HD LCD TVs are the LT-37X898 (37-inch), LT-42X898 (42-inch), and LT-47X898 (47-inch) models. All displays feature a full 1080p resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and three HDMI 1.3 inputs. Also, they have a 1.5-inch bezels and a thinner cabinet that fits into tighter media centers.

These HDTVs will be officially releated in fall. Expect more detail at that time.

JVC is offering its newest HD-ready LCD TV in multiple flavours — black, silver, gold, and pink (this one is cute!). They all available in four different screen size (20-inch, 26-inch, 32-inch, and 37-inch) and feature a resolution of 1366 x 768, a built-in digital and analogical TV tuner, and a HDMI port.

JVC has finally officially announced KV-PX70, it’s latest GPS navigation system for Europe region. To refresh your memory, this device is equipped with a 4.3-inch wide touchscreen display, integrated music and movie player, built-in TMC receiver for real-time traffic information, Bluetooth support for hands-free phone calls, and a SD/MMC card slot for storing media files and maps data.

Right now, JVC KV-PX70 GPS Navigation is only available at a few online stores. One of them (link below) sells the device for £380 or about €575.

From JVC’s booth, check out the new Everio HD camcorder with a generous 60GB HDD. Previously unveiled during CEATEC 2006 show, this recorder offers a full HD resolution at 1920×1080i with a 30Mbps VBR, a 3CCD technology, a 10x optical zoom, a 16:9 ratio widescreen display, and AVCHD codec. It will be released in April with price tag of $1,800.

GR-D750 is the latest miniDV camcorder from JVC under the Baby Movie range. Measures 61 x 114 x 94 mm and weighs 410 grams, this camcorder features a 2.7-inch colors LCD display, a 34x optical zoom (F2.0-F4.7) and a 1/6 CCD sensor with 0.68Mpix for video and 0.34Mpix for photo. Both 16:9 widescreen and 4:3 screen formats are supported.

JVC has just released a SiRF Star III-powered navigation system to the European market, the KV-PX70 mode. Runs on Samsung’s 400MHz processor, the GPS device features a large 4.3-inch widescreen TFT display with touch screen user interface, 65K colors, 16:9 aspect ratio, and 480 x 272 resolution; handsfree Bluetooth kit, and an integrated RDS/TMC receiver for real-time traffic information. Like many other satellite navigation units, this one also packed with multimedia capability, including MP3 player and image viewer.

Furthermore, JVC KV-PX70 GPS Navigation is pre-installed with Microsoft Windows CE.Net 5.0 operating system and has up to 5 hours of battery life. It will be retailed in the middle of December with a price tag of about 500 EUR ($600). The package will be bundled with a 1GB SD card preloaded with maps of France and Europes without borders.
