The background idea is somewhat simple. We know that nowadays, most employees wear an ID card at work and also carry a mobile phone. Usually, they use a handsfree or wireless headset to talk on the phone since they need to move around and do their office jobs. The Iqua Smart Badge combines these two things together, the ID card and the Bluetooth wireless headset.

The BHS-608 supports Bluetooth 1.2 specification, handsfree and headset profiles. It has a vibration alert function and able to handle 3-way conference calls. It also supports redialing of the last number called and the answering or rejecting incoming calls. Measures 100 x 80 x 13 mm and weighs 45 g, the Smart Badge has up to 40 hours talk time and 600 hours standby time.

The sales package includes Smart Badge with a lithium-polymer battery, a travel charger, mini USB adaptor, a carrying case and user guide. Suggested retail price: 100 euro
