<p>IOData will soon make its new 24.1-inch LCD-AD241X widescreen LCD monitor available in Japan market. Priced at 59,800 Yen, the display boasts a 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) resolution, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a brightness of 400cd/m2, and a response time of 5ms. The company said that this monitor could improve the color representation to about 92 percent of the NTSC color standard. Sounds good.</p>

Apart from HDMI, the display is also equipped with a host of inputs, including D5, S-Video, RGB, and DVI-D.</p>

<p>The DVR-ST18 is the latest internal DVD burner from I-O Data. This &#8220;Vista-ready&#8221; media recorder offers a burning rate of 18x DVD-R,  8x DL-DVD, 12x DVD-RAM, and 48x CD. Except the show off of the Vista logo on its brocchure, the drive doesn&#8217;t have anything else worth-reported. No words on pricing, but we all know that DVD burner&#8217;s price has drop a lot since it first launched couple years ago (I think it was 10x than today&#8217;s price), so you won&#8217;t have any problem with the budget for sure.</p>

<p>IOData recently announced its new LCD TV, the 24.1-inch LCD-TV241XBR. Measures 566 x 228 x 418 mm and weighs 23.8 pounds, this HD-Ready LCD sports a 1920&#215;1200 full-HD resolution, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a brightness of 500cd/m2, 178 degrees of viewing angle, and (only) 16ms response time. It is also packed with two built-in 2.5W stereo speakers. According to the plan, the LCD-TV241XBR LCD TV will hit the market on late June for $1,247.</p>

Well, I must say that it looks cute and will probaby make the kitty lovers go crazy with it. As for the technical specs, it&#8217;s a USB 1.0/2.0-compatible, so even if you haven&#8217;t upgrade your computer, you will still be able to use it. The storage capacity is not much though. For example, with a standard MP3 size, 4MB, you can only store 64 MP3 files on it. But what the heck, it&#8217;s a Hello Kitty anyway!</p>
