Here are some live pics of LG’s upcoming KS20 cell phone. Quick recap, this WM6-based handset sports a HSDPA network support, a 2MP camera, Bluetooth, 2.8-inch touchscreen display, and media player. It is scheduled to hit the store by the end of this year. No words on pricing at the moment.

HTC showcased the next-generation of its popular Touch phone, HTC HT1100 (a.k.a HTC Touch II) during recent CEATEC 2007 event. Still no details on pricing and availability of this handset though, but at least there are some more live pics below. Enjoy!

Here are some live photos of Sony Ericsson’s upcoming Walkman phone, the W910i. This handset will soon make its way to States as it just got approval from FCC last month. Highlighted features include HSDPA, Bluetooth, MS Micro card slot, and 240×320 display. It also sports two innovative technologies: Shake — allows users to control music or play game by simply moving, shaking, or rotating the phone — and SensMe — lets users search for music based on their mood, tempo, and style.

Now it’s time to show off Motorola Q9h smartphone. At a glance, you can see that this handset has a sleek and stylish look. It supports HSDPA connectivity, allowing users to enjoy high-speed internet access, either for browsing the web, checking email, or downloading content. Its full QWERTY keyboard design allows convenient messaging, especially for those who already get used with PC keyboard. At just 11.8mm thick, the phone also sports an integrated 2 megapixel camera module, A2DP bluetooth stereo support, microSD card slot, and Windows Mobile 6 operating system. Measures 116 x 63 x 11.5mm and weighs 115 grams, Motorola Q8 Smartphone is powered by an intel PXA272 (417Mhz) processor, a 128MB ROM, and a 64MB RAM. It runs on Windows Mobile 6 operating system and features a 2.4-inch QVGA display, an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera module, a microSD media card slot, and a 1100mAh Li-Ion battery (no further info on battery life). The phone is also equipped with a QWERTY keyboard which looks very convenient for typing long message.

Here goes the newest UMPC from Asus. It’s called R3 and it boasts a built-in GPS receiver, providing users with satellite-navigated guide during travel. Details are pretty rough at the moment. Some of its known features are: 4.8-inch display (touchscreen?) with a resolution of 1024 x 600, an integrated webcam, and a biometrics fingerprint reader. From the picture above and video below, this ultra mobile PC looks quite promising though. Yet we have to wait until 2008 before the company start shipping the product.

If I need one good reason to buy PS3, then this is it! “Resident Evil 5″ is the upcoming installment on Capcom’s Resident Evil saga. According to Jun Takeuchi, the game’s producer, RE5 takes place ten years after the events of the original Resident Evil. The game will explore Chris Redfield’s life during the ten year interval between the two games. During the game’s events, he is a member of a group known as BSAA, and sent to investigate an incident in a desert area that serves as the game’s setting. Takeuchi also confirmed that a female character from the series will appear in the game.

Btw, do you know that the third Resident Evil movie will be out very soon this month (September 21st to be precise)? I just happen to know today. The movie is called “Resident Evil: Extinction” and it will adapt several plot elements from Resident Evil: Code Veronica, as well as feature various characters and creatures from the game series.

The candybar device is dubbed as “mobile multimedia computer” and it sports a built-in DVB-H receiver, a 2.4-inch widescreen display, a 2 megapixel camera, a 20MB onboard memory with microSD card slot for external storage, Bluetooth connectivity, FM radio tuner, and S60 3rd Edition OS. VIA currently displayed iDOT Computers’ latest Ultra Mobile PC during Computex Taipei 2007. Why VIA? Because this 7-inch laptop-like UMPC is powered by VIA’s C7 processor. No detail about the device’s name and its specs, but from the picture I have, the UMPC’s biggest selling point is the detachable module on the right side of the screen that display the current time/date information and even temperature. Not quite useful, but it’s innovative for sure.
