Damn! I’ve just bought a new portable USB hard drive last week (a 160GB One Touch II from Maxtor) and compared to this one from Evergreen, mine looks really ugly. As you can see from the picture above, Evergreen’s DN-HS-207U HDD cases comes in various colourful cases, from blue, purple, red, to silver. This is quite refreshing since most HDD cases on the market have either black, white, or grey flavour. Regarding storage, it supports up to 1TB of storage. The cool thing is, you can even connect 2 HDD cases and DN-HS-207U will automatically treat them as one volume.

It’s a fact that one of the reason why Nintendo Wii become very successful is because it comes with a unique and innovative controller, the Wiimote and the nunchuk. These combo delivers a brand new gaming experience. Even the boring FIFA series from EA gets sooo exciting in Wii. Really! Anyway, the phenomenon of nunchuk has inspired a peripheral company named Zeetoo and led them to develop a dedicated gaming controller for cell phone, “Zeemote”. Its body has Wii’s nunchuk’s shape and it uses bluetooth to communicate with your handset. Furthermore, there are an analogue stick on the front and one button on the back, just like nunchuk.

The bad news, Zeemote is still on concept prototype phase. But the good news, the company even designed another alternate version of this controller. One with motion sensor, and other with tracking ball. Hell, it surely sounds fun to play golf in the middle of the street using Zeemote.

Worry that it’d not support your cell phone? Well, no fret, the Zeemote will support Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and LG’s handsets. Moreover, several game developers, including Sega Mobile, Fishlabs, and Reaxion; has secured $6.9 million funding (around £3.5m) to bring Zeemote into reality. Can’t wait for that!
