Good news for those ghost hunter outthere. Solid Alliance has just made the new version of their highly-popular portable ghost detector, the Baketan Ghost Detector Phone Strap. The successor comes with better algorithm for finding ghosts, along with a new feature called “Kodotama Tuner” (a.k.a “The Ghost Voice”) which allows us to hear the voice from another world. The device also has much better design compared to the original. Now it looks like an elegant Japanese Stone instead of a small star-shaped like lousy gadget.

Like its predecessor, the new Baketan is equipped with a button and a light indicator. Whenever you feel like there’s a ghost around you, simply press the button. The indicator will then notify you if it find any (blue for none, red for an evil one).

Solid Alliance’s Portable Ghost Detector ver. 2.0 will soon be available via Strapya (link below), but you can pre-order it now for 1,999 Yen (about $19.85). Two colors can be choosen, black or white.

I know, Halloween is still month away, but I can’t help myself for not posting this cool and spooky “Ghost Mouse”. It is made by some Switzerland company, but available in US through Pat Says Now, the company whose popular with their unique mouse product (remember the sexy body mouse?) Technically speaking, the 3-button mouse uses USB connection (or PS/2 if necessary) and takes advantage of optical technology for better accuracy and precision control. It has an optical sensor of 800 DPI, providing a high-resolution sensor for powerful and smooth tracking performance.

Who cares whether this device would work or not? In a matter of fact, who even cares whether a ghost really exist or not? But the point is, this portable ghost detector is really cool! Designed as a keychain, you can strap this little gadget on your cell phone, PDA, laptop, or anywhere you think a ghost would possibly exist.

Who knows?

Freaky Ghost Picture

A teen was murdered in the home shown below. Soon afterward, his mother took this photo in preparation for putting the house on the market. But something strange happened. The teen’s face appeared in the photo, just below the window. A psychic investigator scanned the photo to share with colleagues, and from there it has made its way around the Internet. It may take a moment for your eyes to adjust to the scene, but you should be able to see the face within a minute or two. I have to admit, even now when I look at it, I’m shocked!
