Fujitsu recently landed its LifeBook P1630 tablet PC in US. This lightweight convertible laptop comes with a 8.9-inch touchscreen display and pen-input capability, allowing you to write note and draw directly from its monitor using pen input. Priced at $2,179, it is powered by an Intel Centrino 2 platform, a WXGA resolution, and up to 6.2 hours of battery life.

Fujitsu annouced their new 8.9 inch convertible tablet PC ‘LifeBook P1630′ in United States. This lifebook is powered by Intel Centrino 2 as the processor. The P1630 has touchscreen with WXGQ  resolution. You can use the pen to write something on this laptop. This LifeBook P1630 can stay alive without any charging the battery for 6.2 hours. Take it home with USD 2,179 (US price)

Cute outside, manly inside. Okay well, that’s not exactly correct, but at least it can give a little hint to this beautiful Tokidoki edition of Fujitsu’s FMV-LOOX Lifebook UB-50 (U2010) laptop. So inside that cute-looking case, the notebook is blessed with a 1.66Ghz Intel Atom Z530 processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 120GB of hard drive, and a 1280×800 WXGA display. Weighs 565 grams, the laptop is retailed for around $1,648 (max. configuration).

Fujitsu Siemens proudly showcased its new AMILO series ultra-compact notebook, the AMILO Mini UI 3250. Measures at just 23.2 x 17.5mm, this mini laptop is definitely a wonderful solution for mobile computer. You wouldn’t want to bring along your 10kg weighs 17-inch laptop just so you can check email while drinking coffee in the cafe right? AMILO also has a nice four hours of battery life, convenient enough for using the laptop on places that lacking of electricity socket.

Regarding specs, AMILO Mini Ui 3250 laptop features an Intel Atom N270 processor, a 8.9-inch non-glare display, WiFI, UMTS / 3G, Bluetooth, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam module, built-in microphone, either 60GB or 80GB of HDD, a 4-in-1 media card reader, and a pre-installed Windows XP Home Edition. Users can also personalized the notebook by using their own photos as the cover. Even better, its removable clip-on covers are available in five different colors. Pretty cool.

Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Mini Ui 3250 laptop will hit the store in October with a price tag of around 400 EUR. For now, you can check the machine on the company’s booth at IFA 2008.

Another Montevina-based tablet PC from Fujitsu. This one is the Lifebook T1010 series. It is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor, an integrated Intel GMA 4500 graphics engine, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and up to 250GB of HDD. The touchscreen display has 13.3-inch size and a resolution of 1280×800. There’s a DVD burner if you need to move your important data, as well as an integrated 1.3MP webcam for video conference purpose. Moreover, an optional Turbo Memory 2.0 module is available if the laptop needs more speed.

Other features include a WiFI draft-n support, a Gigabit Ethernet LAN port, an integrated 56K modem, Bluetooth, 3 x USB ports, a PC Card slot, media card reader, Windows Vista OS, and VGA output. Weighs 5.3 pounds, Lifebook T1010 offers up to 3 hours and 45 minutes of battery life, thanks to its six-cell battery.

Fujitsu Lifebook T1010 Tablet PC is available now through the Fujitsu website and starts at $1,299 (after $50 mail-in rebate).

Fujitsu’s compact tablet PC is already on my shopping list since two years ago, but when the time arrived to buy a new laptop, my savings always wasn’t enough to buy the one from Fujitsu. Pity. I really hope this year I’ll finally able to purchase any Fujitsu Lifebook series tablet PC. This Centrino 2-based Lifebook T5010 for example.

Comes with a 13.3-inch (1280×800) touchscreen display, the convertible laptop features a digital pen input support, an Intel GMA 4500HD integrated graphics engine, up to 4GB of DDR3 main memory, up to 250GB of hard drive, a built-in optical drive, an optional Intel Turbo Memory 2.0 module, and an optional built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam module. Obviously, the machine is packed with the latest powerful Core 2 Duo processor.

Now when it comes to connectivity, Lifebook T5010 offers a 802.11n WiFi, a Gigabit Ethernet LAN, an integrated 56K modem, and Bluetooth. The 4.9-pounds device is also equipped with three USB ports, a PC Card slot, Secure Digital slot, Memory Stick/SD Card reader, Firewire port, and VGA output, as well as fingerprint reader and the Trusted Platform Module 1.2.

Other features include a six-cell battery with up to 3 hours and 45 minutes of juice and Windows Vista operating system. If interested, Fujitsu Lifebook T5010 convertible notebook is available now through Fujitsu Online Store with a retail price starting from $1,769.

The new Finepix Z20 digital camera from Fujitsu is so cool that it’d make social network lovers drool. Why? Because the company has built a social network community — based on Ning — for Z20 owners called ZSpotNow.com. On that site, people can join the currently-running Z20 logo design contest, video-making contest, or the pro skating competition. The site sounds good, but unfortunately, the camera itself only has Bluetooth connectivity, which means you still have to manually transfer the photos / videos to your PC and upload them to ZSpotNow. If only Z20 comes with built-in WiFI capability…

Other interesting feature is a single-push button for converting the movies into smaller size (works perfectly for your blog). Nice. But again, if only Z20 comes with built-in WiFI capability…

Finally, a cell phone which really cares about your health problem. The name is Fujitsu F884iES. This clamshell 2MP handset comes with a built-in app called ‘Health Diary’, an application which monitor your health regularly. In addition, there’s a built-in pedometer with 3-axis accelerometers for improved accuracy, a pulsemeter which detect your pulse by using the camera phone, and high-compatibility with Tanita products — you can transfer your health record from the phone to Tanita’s products via Infrared for further analysis. Pretty useful!

Other features include a dual color display, a media player, web browsing, and memory card slot. Not sure about the price, but at the moment, Fujitsu F884iES cell phone is only available in Japan via NTT DoCoMo.

If you need a portable storage device with large capacity, look no further. Fujitsu has just unveiled the new 500GB portable HDD under their HandyDrive line-up. Claimed at world’s highest capacity 2.5-inch external HDD, the device would be available to public by the end of this month with a price tag of €229 or about $364.

Fujitsu recently released “Calmee Xena“, a 2.5-inch external hard disk, in Korea market. It comes in a stainless steel hood and available in several capacity variants, ranging from 160GB to 320GB. If you’re interested, the price for the 200GB version is 110,000 Won or about $110.
