GadgetsExpose found an interesting 4GB DragonBall Evolution USB Disk at eBay which is based on the current box office movie, DragonBall Evolution. The device sports a picture of the movie on its edge which is secured by a crystal-clear enamel coating. Measures at just 2 x 1.25 x 0.25-inch, this USB 2.0 disk is so small that you can conveniently carry on your pocket or use it as a key chain or even a phone strap. Memorette, a Korea-based company, is going to release this cute square-shaped USB Flash Disk “Spongebob Squarepants” in Korea market this month. The disk will come with 64GB of storage and can be expected to make its appearance during the upcoming CeBIT 2009 event. I want it. Really. I’m a big fan of this yellow sponge. I watched almost all of its episodes, so really, I want this Spongebob flash disk soooo bad….

Transcend introduced its new stylish, elegant JetFlash V95 USB Flash Disk during IFA 2008 event. It comes with a 4GB onboard storage and boasts a distinctive deep-gloss lacquer, brilliant precision-cut rose crystal, and lustrous chrome casing, along with a retractable USB connector and a leather carrying-strap. The device measures 40.6 x 18.4 x 7.2mm and currently available in two flavours: Onyx Black (JFV95C) and Satin Red (JFV95D).

This is cute, a penguin-shaped USB Flash Drive from FruitsShop, a Taiwan-based manufacturer. Displayed during Computex 2008 event in Taipei, the disk features a USB 2.0 interface (compatible with USB 1.1), a data access LED indicator, a washable silicon, and a 100% bio-degradable (earth-friendly). No words on pricing and availability of this Penguin Driver.

Check out this bling-bling fashionable flash disk from CoolKii, the StarKii. It comes with a Swarovski Strass and has either 1GB or 2GB of storage. Not sure about the price, but you can go to France, Belgium, Switzerland, or Canada if you want to buy one.

Imation is another company which will join the crowd on CES 2008 show. Obviously, some of their brand new products will be showcased, including the Imation Pivot Flash Drive (picture above), Memorex mini Blu-ray discs, something called “fashion DVD player” (not sure what it is, but it will com ein two form factors: set-top and portable), and other home video products. Moreover, a new Mobile USB Adapter for Imation Odyssey removable hard drive will be shown off as well.
