And another one from Acer… a LCD monitor which would fit nicely to the previously posted Hellcat desktop PC — F-22Bid Ferrari LCD monitor. This 22-inch display, available in a limited edition with only 500 units produced, sports a contrast ratio of 20,000:1 (ACM), a brightness of 300cd/m2, a response time of 2ms (GTG), a resolution of 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA), and a HDMI/DVI-D24/D-Sub interfaces.

Acer officially announced the launch of Ferrari 1100, its latest member of Ferrari-branded notebook PC series. This 12.1-inch ultraportable laptop sports an AMD Turion 64 X2 processor, an integrated ATI Radeon X1250 graphics engine, a 250GB of hard drive, a slot-loading DVD burner, and a Dolby-certified surround sound system. Moreover, weighs at most 4.4 pounds, it comes with a carbon fiber chassis along with a biometric fingerprint reader and a 802.11a/b/g/n WiFI connectivity. Either Windows Vista Ultimate, Business, or Home Premium OS will be pre-installed.

Acer has not revealed price and availability of Ferrari 1100 laptop yet.

Thrustmaster “Universal Challenge 5-in-1 Racing Wheel” is a pack of attachment for Nintendo Wii which mainly include a wireless go-kart style driving wheel with a sporty rubber grib. There’s a cool Ferrari logo on the wheel, indicating the icon of automotive competition and victory. The pack also comes with two Ferrari-style digital gear shift levers located on the wheel. Very nice. Even better, according to the company, this £29.99 priced product can also be used with PC, GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Playstation 3.

Btw, I can’t find the info on the product’s page, but ShinyShiny.TV mentioned that the pack is bundled with several Wii accessories as well. Including Wii silicone covers and a battery charger.

Sony Ericsson has just unveiled the red-hot Ferrari edition of its famous K800i cell phone. I’m a happy owner of this handset and I believe everyone should get this phone if they’re looking for a communication device combining excellent photographic capabilities, entertainment, and productivity. Features include a 3.2 megapixel camera module with auto-focus and flash, dual mode GSM/GPRS/UMTS connectivity, 3G support with video telephony, 64MB onboard memory with Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot, Bluetooth connectivity, and 262k colors LCD display with a resolution of 240 x 320. It measures 105 x 47 x 22mm and weighs 115 grams.

During the previous IFA 2006 event, Becker unveiled the special edition of its popular Traffic Assist Pro navigation system. This GPS device is customized for the Ferrari F430 with a bright red Ferrari color finished and an embedded Ferrari logo at the top part of the unit. One of its highlighted feature is the ability to keep a list of speed radars which will be available on the SCDB database. Of course, up-to-date real-time traffic information (TMC) can be received as well. Priced at 650 EUR, Ferrari’s Becker Traffic Assist Pro GPS is scheduled to hit the market in mid November.

This sleek and stylish machine is powered by an AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile TL-56 (1.8GHz) processor, a 160GB of SATA HDD with anti-shock protection, and a 1GB of DDR2 RAM (expandable up to 2GB). Inside its carbon-fiber hood, there’s also an ATI Radeon XPress 1150 graphics engine with up to 512MB HyperMemory. Regarding connectivity, this 12.1-inch widescreen laptop provides support for WiFI, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth, Infrared, and integrated 56K fax/modem.

Furthermore, Acer Ferrari 1000 notebook is equipped with an external SuperMulti DVD burner, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam module, VGA port, HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) and S-video TV-out ports, FireWire, four USB ports, 5-in-1 memory card reader, and PCMCIA Type II slot. As announced by Acer America Corporation today, this AMD’s dual-core-based machine is now available for $2,299 (base configuration) through Acer authorized resellers in North America region. Comes in carbon-fiber casing and stylish black and exclusive’s Ferrari-red color, the laptop is powered by Turion 64 X2 Mobile TL-60 (2.0GHz) processor, a 2GB of RAM, a 160GB of SATA HDD with anti-shock protection, and a dual-layered DVD burner. It has a 15.4-inch widescreen display supported by a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics engine. Furthermore, a wide-range of connectivity options – like WiFI, Gigabit Ethernet, Infrared, Bluetooth, and fax/modem – are provided.

The Ferrari 5000 laptop is an update of the Ferrari 4000 series. If you remember, that 15.4-inch notebook is powered by AMD Turion processor, 120GB of HDD, and ATI Radeon X700 graphics card. Its little brother will have the same screen size, but it will carry a more powerful processor, the AMD Turion 64 X2, and larger hard disk capacity, 160GB. Unfortunately, it seems that the company forget to mention about the graphics card on its press release, so we can only hope that it’d be better than the Radeon X700.

Sports a carbon fiber case, Acer’s Ferrari 5000 laptop also features a HD-DVD optical drive (or DVD SuperMulti DL drive), integrated Acer’s OrbiCam 1.3 megapixel webcam, Acer’s Invlink WiFI and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, 5-in-1 media card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, integrated 56K modem, and Acer’s VoIP Bluetooth phone.
