Measures 77.5 x 24.5 x 14.3 mm and weighs at just 26 grams, iRiver’s latest creation, T5, features a 4GB of onboard storage and supports for various popular audio formats. To transfer files from your computer, you simply have to plug the device to your USB port and it will be detected as a portable storage. The next job is as simple as drag-and-drop. To entertain you anytime, T5 also comes with built-in FM radio tuner, so if get bored with your own music collection, you can still tune-in to your favourite radio station. No words on pricing, but the player will be available in two different colours, black and white/gray.

iRiver is going to release its newest digital audio player, E50 Metal, on March 20th. Measures 88 x 38.8 x 7.7mm and weighs 40.2 grams, the portable device features a 1.8-inch LCD screen with 172 x 220 resolution, a built-in FM radio tuner, and a 4GB of onboard storage. It plays MP3, WMA, and APE audio formats, as well as SMV movie format @ 30fps. Moreover, its battery provides up to 52 hours of continous playback per single full charge. And that’s over two days of music. Wow!

Cowon has just upgraded its popular D2 PMP device and presented D2+. Weighs 91 grams and measures 78 x 55.4 x 16.6mm, the all-new compact portable media player boasts a 2.5-inch QVGA display, a SDHC media card slot (up to 32GB SDHC card supported), audio/video playback, and up to 16GB of onboard memory. Compared to the original version, the D2+ offers better battery life, along with improved LCD, new calculator function, better user interface, and several other new features, such as notepad and direct radio recording.

Two versions are currently available, one with built-in DMB tuner and other without the ability to watch digital TV on-the-go. Each has four different flavours — pink, white, blue, and black silver.

Aiming to help newbie gets into the world of DSLR, Samsung released WB500, a point-and-shoot DSLR camera, featuring a 10 megapixel camera with a 24mm wide angle lens, a 10x optical zoom, and image stabilizer function. Measures 10.5 x 6.14 x 3.65 cm and weighs 219 grams, the camera also supports H.264 720p video recording. If interested, WB500 DSLR camera is retailed for 398,000 Won or around €225 (US $290).

byd:sign has just released DP-1001DW, a great digital photo frame that comes with an “all-in-one” tagline. I’m not really sure what else do you expect from a digital frame other than properly display your digital pictures collection, but the company figured out that everyone would also need a TV tuner capability inside their photo frame… along with the now-standard MP3 and video player functions.

Unfortunately, you can only have the music for up to 2 hours, so, if you plan to take a long journey, you might consider taking iPod instead…

Ken D is the latest MP3 player from BigBeam of Korea. Boasting an enhanced video playback function, the device sports a 2.8-inch display and the ability to play music, display photo and text, record your own voice, and of course, play stored movie. It supports various media formats, including MP3, FLAC, and APE. Finally, weighs at just 60 grams, Ken D comes with either a 4GB of 8GB of storage, priced respectively at 107,000 Won (about $83) and 129,000 Won (about $100). Oh, and regarding color variants, one can choose between pink, blue, white, and black.

Sansa Fuze is the next portable mp3 player from Sandisk which will be released very soon this week. This slim digital audio player features up to 8GB of built-in storage, photo viewer function, an integrated FM radio tuner, e-book viewer, and built-in microSD/SDHC media card slot. Its battery provides up to 24 hours of music playback and up to 5 hours of video. If interested, Fuze will be available in four flavours (red, pink, blue, and black) and retailed for $79.99 (2GB), $99.99 (4GB), and $119.99 (8GB).

Kenwood introduced their new digital audio players in Japan, MG-E Media-Keg Series. Available in two capacity variants (2GB and 4GB), the device offers support for MP3, WMA, and AAC audio formats, a 1.5-inch OLED display, and a microSD media card slot. You can assure that the DAP provides excellent audio quality, thanks to the improved DAC. Measures 92.5 x 41 x 11.8mm and weighs 43 grams, its battery lasts for up to 54 hours.
