After making its first debut in Japan couple weeks ago, Dell has finally brought their multi-touch Studio 19 All-In-One PC in States. Powered by a 2.93GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Studio 19 features a 19-inch touchscreen LCD display, a 4GB of main memory, a 750GB of hard drive, a Blu-Ray drive, and an nVidia GeForce 9400 graphics engine. Sounds like a great deal for $999 (you can get lower specs for $700 thought), and since I already put an all-in-one PC to my shopping list this year, I definitely consider this one from Dell!

This morning NEC introduces two new all-in-one desktop PC series, the ValueStar N and ValueStar W. The former, ValueStar N, is powered by a 2.8Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 processor, a 4GB of main memory, a 1TB of hard drive, an nVidia GeForce 9400 graphics engine, Blu-Ray drive, a digital TV tuner, and a 21.5-inch full HD LCD monitor. If you don’t need a monitor that big, you can get the alternative configuration with a 19-inch (1440 x 900 resolution) monitor, 500GB of HDD, and a DVD Super Multi drive. As for the ValueStar W series, it boasts an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor, a 4GB of RAM, digital TV tuner, 1TB of storage, Blu-Ray drive, a 22-inch display with a resolution of 1680 x 1050, and an interesting water cooling system that keeps the high heat away. No words on pricing unfortunately.

Acer is pretty busy lately. They have several new products waiting in line to be announced this early April. One of them is this all-in-one PC named Aspire Z5600. Boasts a large 24-inch touchscreen LCD, the computer is set with the latest generation of Intel processor, the latest generation of MXM graphic processor, up to 2TB of storage, built-in TV tuner, an integrated webcam, and a DVD or Blu-Ray combo. According to the company, Z5600 is ready for the next generation of Windows operating system, the Windows Seven. What do you think?

Writing about this all-in-one PC makes me remember that my own desktop PC is broken. Don’t know why, but it won’t start itself up. I guess its power supply crashed, but I’m still too lazy to check it. Maybe when that computer is totally dead, I’ll replace it with Aspire Z5600 or any of its siblings…

Comes with Intel Atom 230 processor, Acer’s AspireRevo compact PC features a 4GB of main memory, a 250GB of hard drivee, a true-fidelity 7.1-channel audio system, a HDMI and VGA output, a 4-in-1 media card reader, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, and USB 2.0 interface. It is also equipped with Windows Vista Home Premium OS that will fully unleashed AspireRevo’s potential.

Clevery announced their new product to the Japan market, the Mini HomeServer SP9C WHS. Retailed for 65,800 Yen (around 490 EUR), this desktop PC is powered by a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom 330 Dual Core processor, a 1GB of PC5300 main memory, a DVD drive, a 2TB of hard drive (2 x 1TB), and pre-installed Windows Home Server. Sounds like a wonderful machine for our home data server…

The e-Machine EL1600 series is a compact Intel Atom-powered desktop PC from Acer. This cheap machine is created for those who want a basic computer that can simply handle their office works, play their movie or music collection, network file server, or play simple mini games. Inside its small body, you can find a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom 230 processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 160GB of hard drive, an Intel 945GC Express chipset, a DVD SuperMulti burner, a PCI Express slot, and a pre-installed Windows XP Home Edition operating system. If interested, the price is set at 35,000 Yen or about 270 EUR.

FYI, there’s also a better e-Machine model on the market if you want a more powerful PC. The e-Machine EL1800 for example, sports an Intel Pentium E5200 CPU, a 2GB of RAM, a 320GB of HDD, and an Nvidia 7100+nForce 630i chipset…

Shuttle, a Taiwan-based company, yesterday announced their new X50 All-In-One PC. Powered by an Intel Atom A330 processor, it features an Intel 945GC + ICH7 chipset, a 1GB of main memory (up to 2GB supported), an Intel GMA950 graphics engine, a 160GB of HDD, and a 15.6-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1366 x 768. Measures 391.3 x 327 x 36mm and weighs 3.9kg, this compact, portable computer is also equipped with 2 x 2W built-in stereo speakers, Ethernet LAN, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, built-in microphone, 5 x USB ports, WiFI connectivity, and a 4-in-1 media card reader.

With a price tag of around $500, Shuttle X50 All-In-One PC comes pre-installed with Windows XP Home Edition operation system, along with Norton Internet Security 2009.

Mouse Computer Japan recently announced two new gaming desktop PCs — the NextGear L720 Series and Masterpiece V1200 Series. Comes with a price tag ranged from €954 (about $1,230 USD) up to €3000 (about $3,869 USD), both machines are powered by Intel’s monstrous i7 processor family. The most powerful one, Masterpiece V1200X1 model, boasts an Intel Core i7 965 processor, a 3GB of DDR3 main memory, a 1.08TB of hard drive (80GB + 1TB), Blu-Ray burner, a 1GB SLI nVIdia GeForce GTS285 graphics engine, and a pre-installed Windows XP Pro SP3 operating system. I want one!

Alienware show off Area-51 X58, its latest high-end gaming desktop PC powered by the powerful Intel Core i7 Extreme processor, during CeBIT 2009 event. Its body has exclusive Alienware chassis design, along with AlienFX system illumination. Running Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition operating system, the computer features up to 12GB of 1066Mhz DDR3 main memory, up to 4TB of hard disk storage, a 4x dual-layer Blu-ray burner, dual / quad GPU solution from nVidia, and Intel Core i7 Extreme processor family (920/940/965). Dubbed as “the benchmark destroyer”, this X58 sounds… expensive….

This kind of machine is perfect for those who want to have a powerful desktop PC but only has a small area of empty space on their work room. Of course, it can also be used for multimedia PC on everyone’s living room. I actually want to have one of these too.
