Remember the Ghost Mouse and the Brain Mouse? Well, the Swiss company behind those cool mice, Pat Says Now, recently presented three new models: the Crystal Pirate (€125, $198), the Glamrock Gold (€75, $119), and the Diamond Flower (€18600, $29583). All mice come with a genuine Swarovski crystals. However, the Glamrock Gold is available in 999 units only, while the Diamond Flower mouse boasts a cast from 18-carat with white gold as well.

Trigem Computer, a Korea-based manufacturer, recently announced its latest LLUON series desktop PC, the “LLUON Crystal”. Measures 45.2 x 277 x 244.1mm and weighs 3kg (yes, it’s pretty compact and lightweight for a desktop), it is available in two different specs. The first one, LBFC27-RIBO, is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5200 processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 320GB of SATA2 HDD, a 256MB nVidia GeForce 8400 GS graphics engine, and Super-Multi DVD recorder. The second configs, known as LCFVC35-RIBO, features an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 (2.00GHz) CPU, a 2GB of RAM, a 500GB of SATA2 hard drive, a Super-Multi DVD recorder, a 256MB GeForce 8400 GS VGA card, and built-in WiFI connectivity. The price is set at 1,199,000 Won (892 EUR or $1,296) and 1,399,000 Won (1,041 EUR or $1,512).

Micro-Star International, or widely-known as MSI, shows off the second laptop from its luxury and fashionable Crystal Collection series. After the M677 model back in November last year, here’s the new S300 notebook. As a portable machine for the rich, it is equipped with over 120 pieces of genuine SWAROVSKI crystals. Sound expensive, huh? Too bad I don’t have any info regarding the price.

As for the specs, MSI S300 Crystal Collection laptop features a 13.3-inch widescreen laptop with Shiny UV Light Glossy Coating, a DVD burner, and a 802.11b/g WiFI. It is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 (2.0GHz) processor, an Intel 945GM chipset, a 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and a 120GB of SATA HDD. To satisfy the entertainment-seekers, the notebook is equipped with 4 (yes, FOUR) high-quality speakers — two on the top of the keyboard and the rest on each side of the machine. Furthermore, the laptop also comes with a 3-in-1 media card reader, IEEE-1394 (Firewire) interface, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The TP1C from Movon is a jewerly-style Bluetooth mono headset. This stylish and luxurious, yet fashionable, device offers a body full of Swarovski crystals. Measures 59.7 x 16.9 x 14.3-mm and weighs at just 13 grams, it offers a compliance to the Bluetooth 2.0 standard, along with an internal Li-Ion battery which delivers up to 8 hours of talktime and 260 hours of standby time before charge.

It seems MSI, the Taiwan-based manufacturer, also want to have a piece of luxury gadget markets. Its new laptop series, the Crystal, comes with a luxurious Austrian crystals forming a ring on the notebook’s lid. The first member of MSI Crystal series is the M677 model which is said to be “the fusion of Austrian beauty and Taiwanesse innovation”.

Inside the classy and luxurious hood, one can find an AMD Turion 64 X2 processor, up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 5,400rpm hard drive, and a nVidia GeForce Go 7600 graphics engine. Furthermore, the 15.-4inch widescreen Crystal M677 laptop is also equipped with a DVD burner, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, an independent numeric keypad, and both Blueooth and 802.11b/g WiFI connectivity.

I’m sorry SolidAlliance. I’m sorry I have under-estimated you couple days ago. Hey, not my fault. Who would have thought you were releasing a boring ordinary USB disk, unlike what you used to be. But now I take back words.

It’s the MOTTANAI that makes me fall in love with SolidAlliance again. As expected, this isn’t an ordinary flash disk. Priced at 600 EUR (yes, six HUNDREDS), this 2GB portable storage comes with embedded crystals created by Statsuma Kiriko, major Japanese crystal glassmaker. The case is made of bronze, but to make it looks shiny and elegant, it includes gold materials as well.

The Mottainai USB Flash disk was made as a tribute to the Japanese craft industry.

I’ve seen many LCD monitors or LCD TVs, but this is the first time I heard about LCD PC! Coming from MSI booth at Computex 2006, here’s the Crystal 945 LCD PC (P/N: MS-6422). This PC itself is housed at the back of the LCD panel. With its limited size, don’t expect much features though. But don’t worry, it still managed to carry an Intel Pentium D processor (Pentium 4 and Celeron D LGA 775 version also available), up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, DVD/RW drive, and built-in 2-channel stereo speakers. From the screenshot, it seems that there are two four USB ports (two ports on each side) and a built-in 4-in-1 card reader too on this 17-inch LCD PC. Not bad.
