Byd:Sign DP-1001DW All-In-One Digital Photo Frame

byd:sign has just released DP-1001DW, a great digital photo frame that comes with an “all-in-one” tagline. I’m not really sure what else do you expect from a digital frame other than properly display your digital pictures collection, but the company figured out that everyone would also need a TV tuner capability inside their photo frame… along with the now-standard MP3 and video player functions.

Technically speaking, DP-1001DW digital photo frame features a 10.2-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 800×480, a brightness of 300cd/m2, and a contrast ratio of 300:1; support for MP3, MPG, and XVid media formats, clock, alarm, and a 1Seg Digital TV tuner with EGP support. Well, on the bright side, you can always turn on the TV whenever you get bored seeing your own face…

Byd:Sign PH-4203DFK Plasma TV

It’s been awhile since the last time I heard about Byd:Sign. Like before, this Japan-based manufacturer has once again offered an affordable PDP TV. Only 144,800 Yen (or $1,298 or €879) for a 42-inch PH-4203DFK Plasma TV. Wow, that’s quite a big deal. I own a 26-inch LG-26LC7R LCD TV from LG and it costs $586. I won’t mind spending an extra three hundred bucks to get a 42-inch PDP instead, wouldn’t you?

Byd:Sign PH-4203DFK Plasma TV features a resolution of 1024×768 (not quite impressive here), a contrast ratio of 10,000:1, and a brightness of 1500cd/m2.

Two Cheap Full HD TVs From Byd:Sign

Well, this isn’t the first Byd:Sign offers a cheap full HD LCD TV product, so I am not quite surprised with the news. Yes, the Japan-based manufacturer has did it again with two new Full HDTVs, the 42-inch LF-4200DFK and 47-inch LF-4700DFK models. The former, priced at just €1,380, features a response time of 6.5ms, a contrast ratio of 1200:1, and a brightness of 500cd/m2. While the latter, with a price tag of €1,700, has almost similar specs, plus a better response time (6ms). Both TVs are equipped with built-in digital TV tuner and a HDMI port.

Byd:Sign have just released their new LCD TV with 42-inch display, Full HD (1920×1080 resolution), HDMI, digital tuner, 8ms of response time, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, and a brightness of 600cd/m2. All of these for just 1700 EUR. Wow.

Byd:Sign 37-Inch HD Ready LCD TV – Also Cheap

And here are another new product from Byd:Sign, the 32-inch and 37-inch LCD TVs. Both LCDs feature a 1366×768 resolution, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a brigthness of 550cd/m2, a brand new Byd:sign proprietary chipset – d:Engine, and a HD Ready TV. The 32-inch version is retailed for 560 EUR, while the larger 37-inch version for 700 EUR. Oh, btw, it seems that the 37-inch HD LCD TV also comes with a HMDI port and 720p resolution support.

Byd:Sign d:4237MJ 47-Inch Plasma TV – Cheap As Always

If you live in Japan (or at least near this country), don’t have a big pocket, but want to have your own plasma TV at home, your life isn’t as hard as if you live in my country. You only have to go to the electronics store and find any plasma TV made by Byd:Sign. Why? Because almost all of their TV products are cheap and affordable. For example, this and this. I don’t how they managed to press the production price, maybe because they produce their own chipset which is called d:Engine.

Anyway, the company recently released their new PDP TV this week. It’s the 47-inch d:4237 model. Retailed for just 1400 EUR (please, no need to be surprised), this plasma TV offers a resolution of 1024×1024, a brigthness of 1400cd/m2, and a contrast ratio of 3000:1, with a HDMI port.

Is it good? Not sure, never found a single review about Byd:Sign’s product.

byd:Sign d:3742GJ – Cheap 37-Inch Full HD TV

Byd:sign, the Japanese manufacturer of a cheap LCD TV, is back and presents their new Full HD TV today. The 37-inch d:3742GJ model comes with a native 1920×1080 resolution, HDMI connector, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 600 cd/m2 of brigthness, and a 176 degrees of viewing angle. It is also equipped with an analog and a digital TV tuner. If this isn’t the first you read about byd:sign, I’m sure that you won’t be suprised to know that the price is just 1400 EUR. But maybe their 42-inch plasma TV is a better deal since it will only cost you an extra 30 EUR. Yup, just 1430 EUR for a 42-inch HD TV. Wow.

Measures 124.1 x 85 x 99 cm and weighs 55.2 kg, this cheap TV offers 1366×768 resolution, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 1000 cd/m2 of brightness, BS/CS TV tuner, and HDMI input. With 50-inch wide, the company will only take 349,800 Yen from your wallet if you decide to buy it.
