It’s called: recommendations.

We’ve released the new recommendation engine. If you have more than ten urls saved in a tag, you will be offered several urls as well as other people’s tags that the system thinks you will be interested in. The URL pages also now offer the chance to see other related URLs.

It means, the more you bookmarked with the same tag, the more you’ll get your bookmarks shown to other people. Combine with the use of auto-tag plugin for Wordpress, as recommended by Puji, your chance of getting more traffic to your site will greatly increased :) )
