But Bandai, a famous Japan-based company, together with Kohjinsha, has taken the world of mini laptop a little further by offering a netbook for kids! Called Gatchapin & Mukku Netbook, this little machine is powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor, a 1GB of main memory, a 120GB of storage, and a built-in 1Seg Digital TV tuner for watching Gatchapin the dinosaur and Mukku the bigfoot on FujiTV Japan. Not bad for kids lappie…

Anyway, good news for all of DB fans in the world, including me, Bandai Korea will soon release “Dragon Ball Online” MMORPG! This game will take place 250 years after Dragon Ball Z and Majin-B event (Age 1000). More detail follows, but for now, check out the video after the jump.

Get ready, boys! Be sure to save your money or put this on your Chrimast wishlist. It’s NetTansor (english: Net Tounge Sir), a remote-controlled robot from Bandai. This cool thing is using WiFI connection, which means, you can move it around freely without the hassle of connected cable. At just 980 grams weight, the robot is equipped with three Sensor Monitor to avoid bumping into walls, chairs, etc. You can also communicate with the robot via email but we’re not really sure about the detail. As for the battery, it can provide up to 2.5 hours of play time.

That’s it? Of course not! We’re sure you need more reason to spend 50,000 Yen on this robot. So let’s get to the best part… this robot has a built-in webcam which makes it possible for you to watch anything in front of the robot! We’ll stop here and leave you imagine all of the FUN things you can do with that ultra-cool feature.

Only 500 units will be available worldwide and you can start ordering from November 26th, however, you have to wait until March before you can hold this Gundam notebook. The price is 41,500 yen (without Microsoft Office Personal Edition 2003) or 64,600 yen (with Microsoft Office Personal Edition 2003). Gundam fans will probably flock into this, if they can stand with the Celeron processor.

Named “Super mel petit M” (according to the translation), this is not exactly a phone, but more just like a toy. However, it is able to exchange message with real mobile phone via infrared. The mobile phone itself have to install a specific application in order to use that communication function.

Priced 9,450 yen or around USD $90, the toy comes with a fortune teller application (why would a kid need this?), quiz game, exchange message feature, ringtone when message arrive, alarm, and ability to install new application. The phone measures 151 x 191 x 25mm, weighs 95g, and has a monochrome display.

It looks cute anyway, with the hamster image on the body (I love hamster!), but I think the Firefly Cell Phone or Buddy Bear Phone is much useful than Bandai’s Mel Petit M.
