The Samsung SPH-B6700 card phone measures just 8.7 x 5.4 cm, and weights 79g. It is available through KTF in Korea only. If we're lucky something similiar might hit American shores in about two years.

Measures at just 8.7 x 5.4 cm and weighs only 79 grams, SPH-B6700 is the latest cell phone from Samsung under its Card Phone series (yes, the size of this handset is not bigger than your credit card). Features include a built-in MP3 player, integrated DMB TV receiver, and a 2 megapixel camera module. More detail specs follow later.
