a upgrade version of se k610i have surfaced on the net. sony ericsson k620i will be just 17mm thick and pack in a 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and 100 mb of internal memory. it has a 1.9 inch 176 x 220 pixel screen

se k620i word on the net is that sony ericsson will be releasing an upgraded version of the k610i in the form of the k620i. while pictures of this rumored new offering from sony ericsson look a lot like those of the older model,

I already plan to buy Sony Ericsson’s K610i (or K618i) cell phone this month, but it seems that the company will soon release K620i phone, the successor of K610i, so I guess I’d better hold back for a moment. At just 17mm thick, the handset will be equipped with a 1.9-inch 262K colors 176×220 LCD display, a 100MB onboard memory, and a cool 3.2-megapixel camera module with video recording capability. From the picture, it supposed to have a secondary camera for 3G purpose as well. Other features include a Memory Stick M2 slot (up to 1GB supported), built-in media player, Bluetooth connectivity, and USB 2.0 support.
