Samsung Electronics recently unveiled two new business-oriented desktop PCs — DB-P100 and DB-Z100 series — in Korea market. Spotted on Akihabara, Samsung just announced thier new hi-performance SSDs (32 and 64) GB. This SSD is recomended for your server computer. This samsung SSD can achieve 100MB/s in reading mode. For writing mode, it has slower (of course!) speed for about 80MB/s. The SSD has tested for “ProLiant BL495c G5 Virtualization Blade Server” a HP server computer.

It’s a fact that one of the reason why Nintendo Wii become very successful is because it comes with a unique and innovative controller, the Wiimote and the nunchuk. These combo delivers a brand new gaming experience. Even the boring FIFA series from EA gets sooo exciting in Wii. Really! Anyway, the phenomenon of nunchuk has inspired a peripheral company named Zeetoo and led them to develop a dedicated gaming controller for cell phone, “Zeemote”. Its body has Wii’s nunchuk’s shape and it uses bluetooth to communicate with your handset. Furthermore, there are an analogue stick on the front and one button on the back, just like nunchuk.

Samsung has just announced that the US version of its 19-inch 940UX LCD monitor has been shipped. 940UX is the company’s first display that support USB as an alternate video input. According to Samsung’s technical details, the screen draws on both its own hardware as well as the CPU power of a host PC to drive the display without the use of an internal video card. You can even use your notebook to run up to six displays, as long as it has enough processing power. For those who want to go the old-fashioned way, both DVI and VGA connectors are provided as well.

Samsung Korea yesterday announced a new range of desktop PC under its Magic sub-brand. Called “Magic Black Design”, this company’s new amunition to win better computer market share is scheduled to hit the store next year. There’ll be 6 models on the series: the MZ70, MV70, MZ68, MX15, NZ67 and NZ65; each will be having a sweet and glossy case, along with either red, rose, or blue LEDs. Not much detail have been spilled by the company, but at least Samsung mentioned that the price will be around 700,000 KRW (about 540 EUR) to 1,300,000 KRW (about 1,000 EUR). Now you know how much you have to save for those beauties.
