Samsung has announced multiple phones during CHITEC 2008. From the handsets mentioned earlier on this site, Samsung has also announced its F488E phone. The F488E is set to be released in China and features a touch-screen interface.

Samsung displayed its upcoming Ultra Music phone, SGH-F308 series, during CHITEC 2007 event in China. This tri-band (800/1800/1900MHz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset comes with two faces. On one side, called “Music Face”, it has a large screen with several control buttons, obviously for music purpose. And on the other side, the “Phone Face”, there’s a small display along with the general keypad. Other features include Bluetooth connectivity with A2DP support and microSD media card slot.

HardwareZone recently reviewed Samsung’s X1 notebook. Powered with Intel Centrino 753 1.2 GHz processor, the 20mm-thin X1 is equipped with 512MB DDR SDRAM, 60GB HDD, 14″ WXGA display, and DVD/CD-RW. It also comes with Bluetooth support, 5-in-1 card reader and a remote control. The flaws? It lacks of security features and has an integrated graphic card. However, middle-end user will find it more than enough for general usage.
