World’s First SSD PC From Samsung Electronics

Samsung LogoSamsung Electronics will soon release the world’s first PCs embedded with a 32GB NAND flash-based SSD (Solit State Disk). Previously, NAND is mostly used on mobile computing application. For example, Microsoft Windows XP operating system will require up to 50% less time to boot up on SSD environment. Of course that’s a good thing. I’m sure I don’t have to explain how boring it is to wait for the Windows to finish booted up and get its system ready.
