Sounds like your remote is working, but the channel blasting to STB does not work. What version of IRSS did you install? There was a blaster problem in 1.0.4.1. This fixed file is in post #12.

I'm only using it to blast commands (using the irblast app). I am running the input service and the translator (for suspend events). The ONLY device plugin enabled is Microsoft MCE for the MCE remote transceiver.

I'm using it to control my AMP via the serial port, and also, I couldn't map my TV's on/off button on the MCE remote (for some reason) so I have taught IRSS to blast the TV's on/off command via the MCE transceiver when it sees a "TV"

Finally I do not use IRSS : it meets the same issue if set up in order to receive MCE remote signals. When Cyberdisplay/Minidisplay is running, MCE remote signal do not work, only iMon remote signals are handled !

im wonder why there is no back, option in the mc remote plugin. like EXIT and Revind, and Back, all this bottons i normaly have set to "BACK" on my logitech one, set as Win Remote What back dos is, if im inside: Southpark, Season1,

The only way I've found to get the remote buttons to work is to go into the Input Service configuration for the MCE Remote and then coming back out which triggers a restart of the Input Service ("Restart after configuration changes").

About the virtual keyboard. I use the IRSS and all works well. Except when I go to change the weather settings and change a city, the virtual keyboard pops-up and the remote does not respond anymore to any command log attached
