The phone is slim at 12mm and incorporates a Qualcomm MSM 7201 processor clocked at 528MHz with a 512MB ROM and a 288MB RAM. The Touch HD sports Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and has a HTC TouchFLO 3D user interface, which at times

HTC S740 HTC today announced the S743, a version of the S740 with support for US 3G networks. The phone is a non-touch Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard device with a bar form factor and numeric keypad, plus a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
