I was considering using this for my car-pc, it's ideal but money is tight so I'm going to go for a regular HU for now. This is new, sealed in the box.

Fujitsu first let out word of its Stylistic ST6012 tablet PC back in September, and we also caught sight of it at the FCC a little while back, but the company has only just now actually gotten the device out the door.

Fujitsu recently landed its LifeBook P1630 tablet PC in US. This lightweight convertible laptop comes with a 8.9-inch touchscreen display and pen-input capability, allowing you to write note and draw directly from its monitor using pen input. Priced at $2,179, it is powered by an Intel Centrino 2 platform, a WXGA resolution, and up to 6.2 hours of battery life.

Fujitsu annouced their new 8.9 inch convertible tablet PC ‘LifeBook P1630′ in United States. This lifebook is powered by Intel Centrino 2 as the processor. The P1630 has touchscreen with WXGQ  resolution. You can use the pen to write something on this laptop. This LifeBook P1630 can stay alive without any charging the battery for 6.2 hours. Another Montevina-based tablet PC from Fujitsu. This one is the Lifebook T1010 series. It is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor, an integrated Intel GMA 4500 graphics engine, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and up to 250GB of HDD. The touchscreen display has 13.3-inch size and a resolution of 1280×800. There’s a DVD burner if you need to move your important data, as well as an integrated 1.3MP webcam for video conference purpose. Moreover, an optional Turbo Memory 2.0 module is available if the laptop needs more speed.

Fujitsu’s compact tablet PC is already on my shopping list since two years ago, but when the time arrived to buy a new laptop, my savings always wasn’t enough to buy the one from Fujitsu. Pity. I really hope this year I’ll finally able to purchase any Fujitsu Lifebook series tablet PC. This Centrino 2-based Lifebook T5010 for example.

Fujitsu has just unveiled the successor of its P1610 tablet PC. The P1620, powered by a 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ULV processor, features a 2GB of main memory and an optional 32GB SSD (Solid State Disk) storage. As you may already know, SSD storage offers faster and more reliable data access. Not much detail about this upcoming laptop though, but I hope it’d come with built-in 3G support like its predecessor.
