I've got a new Fuji Finepix S5700 for Christmas. I've loaded the Finepix viewer software onto my laptop using the disk provided, but I cannot get it to work properly to download the pics from my camera.

it will not download files from your camera. The software which accompanied your camera is required to manage image downloads. You must have Graphic Workshop Professional 3 installed to use this plugin.
