2 days ago, I mentioned about a website that use a text animation as an ‘introduction’ for their AdSense ad. It looks really cool though, and surely grab people’s attention.

However, I’m not sure whether that kind of technique is allowed or not by Adsense team, so, as I mention on my previous post, I sent them email about it. Their reply came couple hours ago.

Thank you for your email. I’ve forwarded your concerns to our team of specialists, who will investigate the issue further. We appreciate your help in maintaining the quality of the AdSense program. As flashing draws unnatural attention to ads, we kindly ask that you do not implement ads that flash or have flashing text.

Too bad, it’s not allowed. Looks like they use the same rule as with placing image near AdSense, do not bring unnatural attention to ads.

One thing that makes me curious. If I place a very beatiful and sexy girl near my AdSense ad, will it consider as bringing unnatural attention? :p
