Flashing Text Introduction to AdSense Ads

Someone from Digital Point forum mentioned about a website that uses a unique interesting technique to show their AdSense ads. The website, FreePromoPage (freepromopage.com), makes several flashing text on the top part of the page, and after couple seconds, the flashing animation stop and their AdSense ads show up. Very creative!
However, I’m not sure whether Google allows this technique or not. I’ve checked the AdSense TOS, and can’t find anything relevant. But to make sure, I’ve just email Google about this AdSense technique. Well, if they say “Yes”, I’d definitely try it on this site :d
I’ll let you guys know once I got their reply.
