According to MacWorld, Apple Computer and Samsung could be investigated by South Korea’s anti-trust regulator on Friday regarding the issue of unfair trading practises between the two companies. Fair Trade Commission (FTC) Chairman Kang Chul-kyu reportedly stated on a radio show that he might investigate the companies after reports that Samsung sold its NAND flash memory chips to Apple Computer Inc. at below-market prices, according to a report by Yonhap News.
The rumour has been around fo a while, saying that Samsung have sold a significant amount of its production to Apple at a discounted rate for the launch of the iPod nano.
