Like me, maybe you also wonder why Nokia didn’t mention anything about the N8x series phone when they officially announced their upcoming N-Series cell phone last week. Well, don’t worry, finally there are some words about the new N83 phone. Check it out after the jump below.

The Nokia N83 cell phone will come with a 5 megapixel camera module with Carl Zeiss optics, around 2.5-inch (according to the photo, 352×416 resolution) 16M colors LCD display, Bluetooth and WiFI connectivity, support, 4GB of micro hard drive with microSD card slot for more storage, FM radio tuner, and integrated multimedia player (MP3/AAC). Operates in quadband (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz) GSM network, this phone will run under the latest Symbian OS edition, the S60 3rd edition.

Other features is the dual camera which mean it supposedly supports any 3G activities such as video call or video conference. The Nokia N83 slider-phone is likely release on Q1 2007, next year, Still a long way to go.
