Adam Benton has a nice design concept for the future of iMac. First of all, the iMac comes with a 30-inch ultra-thin LCD screen which is totally transparent when the iMac is not in use. If you’re worried of accidentally bump onto the screen (since it’s transparent), you can set the level of translucency. The screen can also fade – from solid to transparent – when the iMac entering the sleep modes. Or vice versa.
Furthermore, the concept iMac features a transparent low profile keyboard with a curved ergonomic design as well, along with light sensitive illuminated keys, like the Ultimate Keyboard from Micorosft I believe. And yes, the computer, the monitor, and the input devices are all wireless. Pretty interesting design, isn’t it?
