The Kenwood IH Cooker is a new concept in hob design. Offering a safe and efficient way to cook, it takes advantage of the electromagnetic energy to heat the cookware by stimulating metal coils to produce a high frequency alternating magnetic field that flows through magnetic materials. Not sure what it means, but it sounds really cool, doesn’t it?
The cooker will be able to keep the cookware at a specific temperature automatically, simply by setting the desired temperature. It has a built-in heat sensors which will constantly monitor the pan to ensure a specified constant temperature is maintained.
IH technology itself offers all the benefits of gas and electric hob cooking with none of the drawbacks. It is safe because there is no risk of fire, as well as radiated heat or smoke. It is also more efficient since you’ll get an instant temperature in the pan.
The last thing, Kenwood IH Cooker uses a battery system. It means, you can also use it outside, perfect for traveling.
