VIA EPIA PX5000EG Motherboard

VIA recently unveiled a new member of its VIA Pico-ITX series motherboard, the VIA EPIA PX5000EG. It doesn’t look much different compared to its sibling, PX10000EG, apart from the fact that this one is fanless and powered by a 500Mhz VIA Eden ULV processor. Features include 6 x USB ports, support for both IDE and SATA, LVDS/DVI and VGA ports, integrated 5.1 channel audio, and onboard Unichrome Pro II IGP graphics engine. One noticable disappointment is that PX5000EG motherboard only has a single main memory slot (DDR2 533)…
